Was purchasing these lights from a different website but found this site. Lovely selection of lights, cheaper than the previous website. Well packaged and delivered on time.

Placed order at 3.30pm on a Sunday afternoon, the light arrived at a rural location 10.30am Monday morning!! If you can do it why can’t everybody do it? Excellent service and excellent light, highly recommend.

Lamp was exactly as described and really well made .

Delivery was prompt and items well packed

Anybody thinking of ordering from this company need to be careful before they commit. I made an order (and fully paid)for 2 off tiffany lights that gave no indication on their website that they were out of stock. I received my light bulbs very promptly but didn't receive any lights!. On questioning this they told me the order was out of stock and gave me a new date for delivery some 6 weeks later. After 6 weeks i heard nothing and then on enquiring where my lights were was told they would be further delayed until January'2026. A few hours later i was then told they were no longer available and I would not be receiving any lights! I am still awaiting my refund which funny enough still hasn't arrived (amazing how it takes so long to give a refund when they can take your money in a few seconds). There are so many aspects of this company that need improvement so just be careful when you think of making a purchase from them.

Speedy processing and dispatch

Ordered some easyfit gardens lights, goods arrived promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately when trying them before putting outside, a few of them did not work. Contacted the company and was supplied with a returns label to send goods back. Once they received them back, new ones where despatched quickly. Even got a credit back as i didn't need as many as i thought. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be using them again for any more lighting projects

The website showed the correct item that I wished to purchase, I ordered then received a different one.
I was offered a refund, but too much time and trouble to bother returning the goods .
Lesson learned
