Ordered a CP cap for one of my children, well priced, delivered quickly, very well packaged great experience from end to end.

Company customer service shocking phone number what is going on with that. I've sent 4 emails due to a return the communication is rubbish. Will not be buying anything from this company again.....

First time ive ordered any clothing from Casual Basement. From purchase to delivery everything went smoothly. They kept in touch via email telling me the status of my item. I recieved a tracking number so i could check as well and it was delivered on time by thier courier. My item was packaged very well in a box to protect it from any damage.

I’ve purchased (so far) two CP items from CB. The 1st item-great price and delivery was swift - very well packaged and presented. I’ve just purchased a pair of CP shorts, I wasn’t sure on sizing and they were very helpful. Unfortunately they were too big but the exchange process was easy and no problem. After a few hours of wear the rubber CP logo came loose. I wasn’t sure panicked and reached out to see what could be done. I quickly received some options so chose to send them back for them to fix. I received them back and they’re incredible - not only fixed but sent back as if they were a new purchase, all boxed and presented beautifully.
This company really are the real deal and have simply nailed customer service - I had originally contacted CP Company and they never even came back to me!
Trust Casual Basement- you won’t be disappointed and will certainly use them again and again.
All I can say is thank you CB :)

Disappointed. No contact from email other than an automated reply. Even tried phoning to explain my issue, and got an answer phone.
Terrible service.

I have returned an item and it honestly feels like I have been robbed.
No replies or contact even though I have done everything they have requested.

First purchase with CB and a great online experience, ordered a Stone Island polo shirt and as other reviews have said, came in a sturdy box and beautifully packed with care, unlike some other so called high end retailers, received the item after 3 days having chosen normal delivery, excellent service and decent discounts make for a great overall experience, highly recommended 👌

Fast delivery and great product

Dispatched reasonably quickly, updates weren’t as regular as some other competitors I use on the dispatch. Packaging was very robust.

Good selection of items on the website and pricing is probably a little under the average from what I’ve seen. Will be ordering again.
