Awesome technical advice as always. First class company been with them years never a problem. Can not recommend this company any higher.

I have been with this very personal hosting provider continuously since 2002 (near the start) from personal use to a business web magazine that relies on them. Don't know if it is still a small provider, but it feels like it. I have no intention to change, as they spot significant issues before I do, and they respond rapidly and effectively when making enquiries about something I need to ask about. They have always have technical people responding immediately, no silly waiting to escalate to someone who knows something! Have even had the founder/director involved in resolving an issue as recently as 2017 which shows how their culture. No notable service glitches. It is a premium personal service, whatever level you go for. Thank you.

Fast, efficient and good advice!

I emailed support@catalyst2 in the very early hours on a Sunday morning, never expecting to receive a reply until the Monday. To my utter astonishment I received a reply within minutes.

Over the next three hours, after countless emails back and forth, George was able to rectify my problem.

I was so impressed by his perseverance to help me solve the issue I had with my website. Especially given the fact that the problem was with my website content management system and nothing at all to do with Catalyst's web hosting.

I have always been amazed at the service I have received from catalyst over the years, and this most recent support only reinforces what a great company they are.

I would encourage anyone searching for a web hosting and IT support company to check them out.
