If only all companies could provide this level of service! I'm not very computer-literate but when I do have to call Catalyst2, it never stresses me out: they respond very quickly, they're patient, knowledgeable and friendly. And especially thanks Nic on resolving my latest issue!
I've used them for many years and their high standards have never deteriorated.
(Oh, and their pricing is very competitive too).

I recently had an issue with my Wordpress website which was dealt with, with patience and thoroughness. I am not very computer savvy but whenever I phone Catalyst 2 for support, they are always willing to help and sometimes that help takes a lot of time which they always seem very willing to give. They will keep working at it until the issue is resolved and they never make me feel inadequate so I am very grateful for that. Thank you.

This was the first time I had dealings with Catalyst2 and was immediately impressed by their pragmatic approach and professionalism. My queries were answered promptly (including after working hours) and everything was sorted out within 24 hours.

James on the support desk was fantastic. It was 11pm at night and he had finished his shift and the lines were closed. However he saw my email come in at about 11.05pm so stayed to resolve my issue for me!!

Ive been using catalyst for over 10 years now. They always go over and beyond. This weekend my website went down and I've had Lee & Ben fix all my issues. Couldn't recommend enough.

Not the cheapest, but by far the best customer service and helpful staff. Problems (normally caused by me) are always resolved quickly and efficiently.

Very good and supportive company. They helped me move my personal email domain from my isp where it had been hosted free but the email service kept going down and was given less and less priority. No problems at all with Catalyst2.
