Extremely bad, extremely rubbish, If you want to pay for something rather than a disgusting experience, it's best to avoid this site. They never reply to the online form or information, and only verbally indicate that the refund is in progress, but never send you an email to prove it. Because the oven I ordered took longer to deliver, I chose to get a refund instead of replacing the oven they recommended. Now they never answer my calls or any messages related to my order number. I will choose to call the police and submit any recorded communication evidence to any prosecution platform in the near future. The disgusting part is not that they won’t refund, but that their scam will delay our own plans.

Looking for Alcohol Gel I were, trolling through the web & hitting high prices.

Then I discovered a bargain from a website I never heard of. Catering Centre jumped off the page with an absolute bargain. I bought 4x 5l of much needed Alcohol Gel with a very reasonable delivery charge. From clicking the item to delivery of order 5 stars. Highly recommended.

If I have a chance, I would place a -5. So starting from the beginning: First on their website says that you will receive the product in 10 days, but after I made the payment and sent an email with payment confirmation, I had no reply until I began to email them which was unsuccessful. Every time you have an auto-reply saying that they would return in 24 hours, you will wait two weeks and still no reply, so that's already 14 days lost and no even confirmation that the order is being processed. Second, when you try to call them, they hang off to you. Only in one attempt to contact them, I had to call 40+ times (this is not an exaggeration) in one hour until some of them got pist off and replied in a very unpolite manner. After some excuses that they had problems with production, they said I would have my product in 4 weeks which is already around 8 weeks lost. Third I will go straight to the end. After 3 months roughly of waiting for my product, I requested a refund and they started to ignore me entirely In the end I had to raise this issue with my bank, and only after another one month I receive my money back.
I'm not sure if this company is a scammer, but definitely avoid it at all cost. Take any reputable company which is 10% more expensive, but at least you know that you will have your product on time.

First time I had used Catering Centre. There prices were very good and the goods were delivered on time and in excellent condition. I bought jugs and none were damaged. I would definately consider using them again.

I arranged a return for a product which I ended up not needing and sent it back 'signed for' with royal mail after getting an RMA number and return address from catering centre. The royal mail tracking says it was received and signed for on the 22nd November, it is now the 29th of November and I have only just heard from them after I have emailed them the other day to see what was going on with my return. They have said that they have not received the return and I have had to send them proof of me sending it back, which is not a problem but after seeing it was delivered back to them over a week ago and then them claiming it hasn't been received, on top of that no one ever answers their phone so you have to wait up to 24hr for a response. This is not the kind of experience you need as a small business owner as money is needed to buy suitable equipment

Bad customer service. Nobody pick up the phone.

Recently bought some paper napkins from the Catering Centre and was delighted by their quality and competitive price.
Standard delivery not the fastest, but will definitely order from them again.
