I ordered an item over two weeks ago which showed ‘in stock’ and the offer next day delivery. When I contacted them to ask where it was after a week they told me to take it up with Parcelforce (illegal as they are responsible until the item is delivered). Then they told me it would be redelivered which it wasn’t, I can see from the tracking no attempt was made to deliver. Now they are not replying to my emails and they don’t answer their phone. Like many other reviewers here I can see I will have to try and issue a chargeback through my bank. Avoid this awful company!

The Stolzle Power White Wine glasses that I ordered arrived promptly and well packaged. The glasses are beautiful and I am tempted to get the red ones and champagne flutes. Catering Centre provided a great service and competitive prices.

The order process was easy, the glass jars were double wrapped in cardboard, several boxes of them, so that everything arrived intact and in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Catering Centre again.

Poor service. I ordered on 2 "in stock" chairs on October 3rd. Website says 3-5 days for delivery. Turns out your order gets referred to the manufacturer which was communicated via email but why is this not made clear on the website, particularly if the manufacturer cannot deliver within the stated lead times. The chairs did not arrive until 3rd November, a month after my order. Poor communication throughout, but when I was told a delivery date (2nd November) that was also wrong. Not good enough.

I have received my order in a good condition and on time. All item I've received are in a good quality and good condition. Also prices are fair.

Cateringcentre had items I struggled to find elsewhere. The delivery was quick and with no issues at all, no delays, no damages, no excuses. Just as you want it to be. And it was good price, too. I will be using their services again in the future and highly recommend to others!

I have recently ordered from this company, the transaction was easy and dealt with online, however I had to chase to get a delivery date, I was then informed that the delivery would be the following day when I was out of the country, since then I have had numerous calls with the CC who has been in touch with their suppliers who have provided 3 more dates when they were to deliver, on all 3 occasions i have been at home yet nothing has been delivered, its very difficult to get through on the phone to the CC but when i do they are helpful, however last night i was promised a call back with the an update, since then i received a couple of emails to say they were speaking to their supplier but i have had no update as to what is being done other than to advise that they think the couriers have lost the package. I am now almost 8 weeks down the line. I have had the items delivered today and CC have apologised, its quite clear when you speak to them they do their best and are helpful, but they have been let down by their suppliers in this incidence, they are now considering removing the product and this supplier from their providers.

Absolutely shocking, Ive not received my order, have emailed multiple times with no response, have tried to call multiple times, with no pick up, I've now had to contact my credit card company to make a claim.

I first made a review on the 5th of October about a non delivery which I am still currently fighting. I have now just been informed by the catering company that I have received 2 deliveries rather than 1 which is a lie. I think the only way I will receive my goods or get a refund is by taking legal action which I am going to do. So please don’t use this company otherwise you will find yourself out of pocket.

Ordered two blackboards and both arrived damaged. After spending time trying to get through to customer service and submitting initial review after being emailed a review request, I did receive a reply. Following this, replacement boards arrived in good condition. Initially unhappy but once contacted, service recovery was good and appreciated. Nice turnaround.

Previously wrote a review on delivery time, ended up having to cancel. STILL waiting for a refund from 3 months ago! Not even sure if I was going to get the product completely?? Scam?? Be careful, wouldn’t use this company even if everything was 1p!

Ordering was easy and product arrived very quickly. I had been searching by price but always nice to know you are working with an independent family business. Ww will be back :)

Overnight delivery! Ordered 4 days ago. Unable to get reply by phone. Used webchat yesterday and item not even dispatched. Today still not provided with dispatch date or tracking number. Now unable to contact via phone or webchat. Website still offering next day delivery yet once ordered there's a note saying the courier is having difficulty due to staff shortages. Not sure I'll ever get my order! Not happy about lack of communication...... and order!

Just received link to invalid tracking details.
This order was placed on Sunday which is BEFORE 12 on Monday and so should have been dispatched Monday or Tuesday at the very latest . Still no confirmation of actual dispatch and no valid tracking details.
Please send me a refund as this item is time sensitive and you seem unable to fulfil the order or your claim for next day delivery.
Update. Soon after posting my review I received an email trying to intimidate from posting again and threatening me with their legal team.
The tracking number did indeed become active but only 4 days after my order and the item eventually arrived, not next day as claimed but 5 days after I had ordered. Too late for my urgent requirement. It was supplied by Restaurant projects uk, not catering centre uk ....their review page makes for very interesting and enlightening reading.
This company sppears to react to social media posts and has even taken the time to search my business and comment. Time that I suggest would be better spent sending out prompt dispatch notices and tracking details once the order has been collected by the courier. No problems at all with Parcel Force who delivered quickly once the item was dispatched.
I count myself fortunate to have ended my dealings with this company, unless their legal team decides that updating my review warrants court action. No way for any professional company to behave and I have already reported this intimidation to Trustpilot and sent documentary evidence.

Great company, fast delivery

Great selection of products that were high quality. Good to know that consumers can access kitchen equipment that's high quality - miles better than what can be found on Amazon or similar e-retailers.

The order and delivery process was fine. Recieved an order confirmation, no delivery tracking but the products were delivered within the expected time frame.

Bought my items during a sale. Normal prices aren't a massive bargain but they're what I'd expect to pay for quality, and decent enough that I will probably shop there again.
