I paid approximately £5 per bag for 2 bags of cat litter. When I received them they had £1.79 printed onto the design graphic. Not the deal I thought it is.

Update. After communicating with the company they explained to me that the extra cost was to cover postage. Considering the weight involved I fully understand the need to charge what they did. No issues at all.

The items I ordered came on time but had leaked in the box

Good price and well packaged. Not the fastest delivery but good value all the same.

One parcel arrived damaged still awaiting the other one called customer service not helpful

Took a little while to arrive and one end of container of foil was dented , making for unrolling and removal of foil awkward as wouldn’t roll out freely subsequently losing 1/2” width of every pull of roll , and having to gently pick outer edge after to return to full width , hope that makes sense , so not getting full width of roll with every use

Easy ordering, prompt delivery and an excellent product all at a great price

Excellent tea but took quite a long time to arrive

UPDATE: I have received a response from the company and am awaiting my refund.

I ordered some bubblegum drinks from this company.
There was no information about delivery provided.
The parcel arrived this morning and is absolutely soaking. The drinks were sent with no box, just loose in a plastic bag so hardly surprising that they have leaked!
Their website will not load today for me to log in to the account or contact them.
I have replied to the original invoice email and hope to receive a swift response confirming a refund.

Good: Correct goods, promptly delivered, emailed queries answered promptly.
Not so good: Invoice supposed to be sent with acknowledgement email - never found it; delivery was in two halves on two days - no problem, except that there was nothing to say that the second package was coming, so that caused waste of their time and ours answering questions that, for the sake of a packing note, would never have needed to be asked.
Will I buy from the company again?: Certainly.

Exactly what i wanted at a very good price

I placed an order but sadly it was never received. I did send an email but didn’t get a response after 10 days. However following a Trustpilot review I was contacted and refunded so rectified in the end. In view of this I have upped my rating and hope this was an isolated incident
