TECHNOLOGICAL THEIF. Extremely Unprofessional & Misleading Practices – Be Careful

I had a very disappointing experience with Fusion Kitchen POS and Fusion My Business. In my view, their service felt highly unprofessional, Fraud, scammer and lacking transparency, especially around fees and payouts.

I personally had to take legal action to resolve issues, which I eventually won—but the time, stress, and effort involved were significant and not something any business owner should have to go through.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend:

Avoid handling important matters over the phone—keep everything documented via email
Always request detailed reports and clear breakdowns of payouts
Double-check their fee structures, as I found them unclear and difficult to track

If you're considering using them, be very cautious and make sure you fully understand what you're signing up for.

I have a great relationships with Fusion over 5 years and more.
Currently I have opened another business and also started working with Fusion again and helping the business grow and expand. We work together, share ideas how we can succeed.

I must say from day one sign up the contracts to till now Shatish was with us still continuing supporting and great customer service 10 out of 10 .

Any questions or issues resolved promptly or reply with the details.

Beware they are scammers

Order from through this guys at your own risk .
This company simply take money on behalf of restaurants who scams you for your hard earned money . Yesterday at 6.56pm I placed an order from. Smak burgers and Shakes , these guys never delivered my order , they don’t answer calls and still had the audacity to mark my order as delivered , since yesterday I have been trying to get my money back and it’s been from one story to another . I regret coming accross them but one thing is certain I will get my money back

⭐ Horrible Experience – Please Don’t Put Your Business Through This

I usually don’t leave reviews, but after the nightmare I went through with this company, I feel I owe it to other business owners to warn them before it’s too late.

When I first signed up, I was told there was no minimum contract period and no long-term commitment. That sounded fair, so I went ahead. For the first few months, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but their service was nothing like what was promised.

When I decided to switch providers, everything took a very ugly turn. Instead of handling it professionally, they became hostile and dismissive. I spent months trying to reach my account manager, and it was clear they were deliberately avoiding me. Every time I tried to get answers, I was brushed off.

The most shocking part was what happened with my payments. They held onto two weeks of my shop’s sales and kept giving me contradictory stories. First, they blamed the bank for withholding the funds. Later, they admitted that they were the ones holding the money. Then came the demands:

Return the machine before I could see my money.

Pay a “cancellation fee” (even though I had no binding contract).

And finally, a new excuse: apparently my contract was for a minimum of 12 months. I went through my paperwork line by line — there is no mention of this anywhere.

At every step, it felt like I was being lied to, manipulated, and cornered. As a business owner, there’s nothing worse than knowing the people you trusted with your payments are deliberately holding your money hostage.

This experience has been exhausting, stressful, and deeply frustrating. I honestly cannot put into words how much time and energy they drained from me. What should have been a simple, professional process turned into a battle just to get what was rightfully mine.

I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Customer service is nonexistent once you challenge them.

They use delay tactics and excuses to avoid paying you.

They twist the contract to suit themselves.

To me, this feels like a scam wrapped in a service contract.

If you are a business owner reading this: please, please save yourself the heartache. There are companies out there that are transparent, fair, and actually care about their clients. This is not one of them.

I will never forget how unprofessional and dishonest this company has been with me. This was more than just bad service — it was a betrayal of trust.

I requested to cancel my Fusion POS…

I requested to cancel my Fusion POS services for my takeaway, Chinese Cottage in Didcot (OX11 8QL), after repeatedly not receiving payouts for my hard-earned money. Despite asking multiple times, they refused to release my funds.

Left with no other option, I had to file an official lawsuit (Case No: M4QZ3179). Once I raised the lawsuit, they finally came back to me and said they would pay my money, but only if I withdrew the case first. I knew this was a lie and just a way for them to escape responsibility without paying me.

Along the way, I discovered hidden charges and a lack of transparency as they do not give you direct access to your transactions. Instead, they send you an Excel file, and you have to wait seven days just to receive it.

Because of this company, I have lost customers, revenue, and a significant part of my business. They have no physical address, and from my experience, they operate in a way that feels deceptive. A few weeks ago, I even called the Vice President of the company, Ajai, only to be told he had resigned because they could not even pay his own salary.

Based on what I have gone through, I strongly warn others that your money is not safe with this company.

If I had the option of a zero I would have chose that.
This company is the worse company I have dealt with being in the food industry. They are so incompetent it is a joke. I cancelled my subscription with them, yet they are still taking money. Cancelled my direct debit they tried to set up a new one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid FusionPOS – Hidden Charges, False Promises & Business-Sabotaging Tactics

I strongly advise any business to avoid FusionPOS. Our experience with them at Indos Peri Peri (SO14 2BR) has been nothing short of a nightmare. They made false promises, misrepresented their service, and locked us into a system riddled with hidden charges and dishonest practices.

FusionPOS has repeatedly acted in bad faith. On several occasions, they have suspended our Google business page without valid reason, directly impacting the visibility and revenue of Indos Peri Peri. This appears to be intentional sabotage whenever we push back or raise concerns.

Despite requesting to terminate services and take down our website, they continue to ignore our communication. Their customer support is non-existent, and their attitude is completely unprofessional.

We are now preparing to take legal action against FusionPOS if they do not resolve this matter immediately. FusionPOS has caused unnecessary stress, loss of business, and reputational damage to Indos Peri Peri.

STAY AWAY from these SCAMMERS. their system and software doesn't work. they will sell you their broken and hardware with missing items. when you return they will ask for those things. now they are holding my £600. and refusing to pay.

3 Months of Misleading Promises, Shifting Terms, and Poor Service – Avoid Fusion My Business

Over the last three months, my experience with Fusion My Business Ltd has been one of the worst I’ve encountered as a small business owner. Below is a factual summary of events:



📅 April 2025 – Cancellation Ignored
• I formally cancelled their services on 8 April 2025 due to poor communication, delays, and service failures dating back to December 2024.
• Despite this, Fusion continued billing me, ignoring repeated requests to stop charges and confirm cancellation.



📅 May 2025 – Contradictory “Goodwill” Offers
• In May, Fusion apologised for past failures and offered a 12-month free Premium plan plus a free POS device as a goodwill gesture to rebuild trust.
• They confirmed this in writing multiple times, and stated the device was being dispatched.
• Weeks later, I discovered the device had not even been ordered, contradicting their updates.



📅 June 2025 – Shifting Terms and Threats
• When the device finally arrived, Fusion demanded £599 for it, despite previously confirming it was free.
• They downgraded the promised Premium plan to a Standard plan with unclear inclusions, despite written promises of Premium.
• They refused to clarify plan features, post-12-month costs, or marketing database capabilities despite multiple direct questions.
• During this period, I received late evening calls, contradictory emails, and unprofessional communication.



⚠️ Threats Over Honest Reviews
• When I posted a factual review, Fusion implied legal action, attempting to intimidate me into removal. Under UK law, this is an unfair commercial practice if the review is factual and evidenced.

Worst Business experience

We’ve had one of the worst business service experiences with Fusion My Business. What started as a promising offer to help our restaurant (Delight Cafe) with digital marketing and a POS system turned into months of frustration, false promises, and unauthorised billing.

Here’s what happened:
• Dec 2024: Raised multiple issues about website bugs, driver tracking errors, non-functioning payment systems, and lack of support. Fusion acknowledged everything but failed to deliver a fix. SMS and social media marketing were supposedly “live,” yet I was never shown what was being sent.
• Jan 2025: After more delays and complaints, a senior manager assured me the problems would be escalated. Weeks passed, still no meaningful progress. Even basic communication was inconsistent.
• April 4, 2025: I formally cancelled their service in writing. Despite this, I was billed weekly for weeks afterward. I had to chase them over 9 emails, yet charges continued.
• May 2025: Fusion promised me a free one-year premium package, a POS system, and full marketing support to rebuild trust. But once again, nothing materialised. Even the POS system was claimed to be shipped but wasn’t even ordered.
• June 2025: They finally admitted the system was only just ordered, despite repeated emails telling me it had been dispatched the week before. I still hadn’t received tracking info or setup support.

To make things worse, I received calls as late as 10:30 PM, and their internal communication contradicted itself regularly.

After months of stress, wasted time, and lost money, I’ve had enough. This is a company that over-promises, under-delivers, and ignores clear service failures. I’ve now reported them to Trading Standards and the Small Business Commissioner.

If you’re a small business owner, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
