Great experience overall
Friendly welcome from reception team, dentist and hygienist. Great care taken through examination, with helpful explanation of further treatment required. Lovely friendly team who make a nervous dental patient feel very reassured! Reception team do a great job of explaining everything and talking through the various charges.

I Have been with the clinic for a…
I Have been with the clinic for a number of years now and am extremely satisfied that I made the move from my previous surgery.
You are welcomed by friendly staff who make the visit extremely pleasant and try their upmost to accommodate any requirements you may have.
After being with the Dentist for number of years I can honestly say Dr Kolahi is the best dentist I have experiences to date who talks you thru very single detail and makes the actual surgery very comfortable.
Just like anyone else, i had a dislike for the dentist but now I feel very comfortable and ease whenever I have appointment.

Mixed experience
I’ve had a mixed experience at Cathedral Dental Clinic. Dr Murray was fantastic and supported me through my treatment. However, communication at the clinic was lacking (e.g., regarding the different steps of the treatment, the costs involved, no longer offering company discount but continuing to advertise it on their website) and the costs are very high. More could also be done to support patients who are nervous about dentist appointments.
I have not recommended the clinic to family and friends but continue to visit and appreciate Dr Murray’s work.

We are sorry to hear you have had a mixed experience with the clinic. We always strive to provide our patients with the best care and all relevant information before, during and after treatment and we apologise that you feel we failed to do this.
During the pandemic and until the end of 2023, due to high operational costs, we unfortunately had to stop offering corporate concessions however, I am pleased to say we are planning as of January 2024 to continue with our corporate offers once again. Please note that our corporate concessions are for Companies that actively work with Cathedral Dental Clinic to promote good oral health to their staff members hence is not applicable for employees of all Companies.
We still get excited with every new review or any feedback we receive from our patients, and we now donate to charities, to RNLI or Wales Air Ambulance, for every review received.
We are glad you have decided to continue attending our clinic and hope you have now experienced the high quality of care and services we work hard to provide for our patients.

First class professional treatment.
Dr Vida Kolahi and her team have been amazing. At a very difficult time in my mum’s life they responded quickly to her dental needs (which were many) and have provided a professional, comprehensive, sensitive and overall first class service. The practice is welcoming, friendly and staffed by kind, approachable people. The quality of the dental work is very high and treatment programmes are fully discussed and explained. I really couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Friendly and helpful reception staff providing good advice and safety/hygiene information.
The visit to the hygienist was excellent as usual and it was a generally pleasant experience. Advice was given regarding general gum health and best brushing routines.

Very professional and friendly practice
Very professional, easy to make an appointment. Staff are always very friendly and polite, while also being helpful and knowledgeable. Hygienist is always helpful and friendly, I've been going to this practice for years and always had a good experience. I've been going for over 5years and never not been able to park locally. My dentist has always provided me with good, sounds advice on the best course of treatment and because of that I've had good dental hygiene for years.

Very pleased with the service at the clinic. The staff were all lovely and there was no hard sell if further procedures/ other services. Very clean. Appointment didn't feel rushed. I was initially uncomfortable when asked to give my card details over the phone to pay the deposit but they immediately offered that I could come into the premises to pay instead which I was grateful for.
