5 weeks waiting after spending €170 on clothing and no response. 6 weeks since purchase.

Poor. Ordered 2 items on the 18th May. Recevied one item but still waiting on the other item to arrive as of the 27th July. Emailed the website the enquire about the whereabouts of the item to no response. Item paid for in advance so would expect a response.
Quality of product received is good though.

I couldn’t recommend Cavasa highly enough! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. I was able to message them directly on Instagram and speak to a real person rather than a bot, which made such a difference. They answered all of my questions quickly and were so helpful.

My order arrived within just one week, which exceeded my expectations. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and provides such excellent communication.

I will definitely be ordering from Cavasa again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service, fast delivery, and a company that truly cares about its customers.

Ordered Louth top. Understood there was a wait time. Top arrived yesterday just in time for the match. Wasn't expecting that. Really happy with my purchase. Exactly as described.

Ordered Cork 90s revival track top. Quality of product is exactly what I expected and event slightly exceeded expectations. Took 6 and 1/2 weeks from order to delivery. I would say sizing is slightly off on the track tops. I would usually fit a medium comfortably in everything but the medium was tight and short on body and short on arms. No problem with arranging exchange and large is a perfect fit so would just consider that when ordering. Communication on Instagram is excellent.

bought the Westmeath 90s Revial Tracktop from them and love it, the quality is superb. Only slight downside was the delivery time but was worth the wait!

Terrible service. Order placed the 4th of March, was told on the 6th of May I would have it within 10 days, still nothing over 3 months later. Seems to be a very common trend with this "company". Refund requested.

I placed an order on 22nd February as a birthday present for a friend and was promised a 4-5 week delivery.
I heard nothing after this, with 4 weeks passing. I have since messaged 4 times.

The first time, I was told there were ‘customs delays’ and that it would be with me within a week. It did not arrive.

I was then told, following another message, that there were manufacturing delays and it would be finished within 48 hours then delivered. It was not.

After another message, I was told that they had now started production and would be finished in the coming days then delivered. It was not.

My final 3 messages were ignored (in which I requested a refund be issued) and the item only arrived with me today, 21st May, a whole three months after I ordered.

In the middle of all this, I received an email offering 50% off my next order which I could only interpret as a joke - a refund of 50% would have been more reasonable.

An absolute disgrace, and I would not recommend at all. Very disappointed with this company.

Placed my order on 31st March, confirmation stated delivery would be in 4-5 weeks. Almost 6.5 weeks post ordering and still no signs.

Emailed Cavasa on 9th May, no reply.

Messaged on Facebook 12th May asking for an update, received this reply:

Pretty sure Talgarth Town is ready this week... We will put. A Chase on it

My reply was requesting a refund on postage due to them not adhering to their stated 4-5 week period - this was ignored.

I messaged again asking for an update on 14th May - ignored no reply.

I messaged again on 15th May (today) - ignored once again.

3 months for the order to arrive and the quality is really poor. Ignore the deluge of (clearly fake) 5 star reviews Avoid.

Ordered two Galway jumpers at end of January. Was unsure on sizing so ordered two sizes (M and L). At the outset when ordering, the communication was clear that there was a lead time of about two months for delivery(thereby taking it up to end March by the time I would receive my tops).

At end March / early April, I got clear email communication from Cavasa stating that delivery times were going to be further delayed by 3 / 4 weeks due to supply chain issues. I was also separately in contact with a very responsive fella called Callain who provided reassurance.

The tops arrived last week and the quality surpassed my expectations. Due to the standard of the tops, instead of returning the size that fits least best and seeking a refund, I've asked to swap with another of the larger size that fits.

In summary, yes lead times aren't great but they are upfront about that so a buyer can have no complaints on that front.

I would recommend buying from this seller.

Communication overall was excellent when ordering and enquiring about lead times and Q&A - I really got the feeling they are legit and was not disappointed with the quality when the gear arrived. I would advise people to size up as they are a little on the neat side but I also put on a few KG since choosing my size so its a little on me also. Size exchange has been offered. One thing really stands out and thats the quality its far better than I expected. I would recommend buying from this seller.
