Hugely frustrating

Ordered on 29th of June. Still no sign of Louth jersey. Far too late unfortunately. Cannot find anyway to track parcel if it exists. Total scam . Do not order

if i could give zero for this company if want to call it a company i would, have to be the worst company i have dealt with. bought a item thinking it was being deliveed from europe as all signs showed it was to find out couple days later getting a tracking number from chinese courier company that has poor delivery record , have been trying to contact thsi company to cancel , thsi option doesn't exist so cann't be canceled as they have a lame excuse, have sent 6 emails and facebook message and rang a numbe claiming to be there office number newry uk and no answer , goes straight to voicemail which i know i won't get answer, i log a complaint but don't know if it make any difference, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY .

We'd like to clarify that we are based in Newry, Northern Ireland, but we work with a global print-on-demand fulfilment network. Orders are produced and shipped from the facility best placed to fulfil each order, which is why some customers receive tracking from international couriers. This information is also outlined in our shipping policy.
Regarding cancellations, because every item is made to order, once production has started we are unfortunately unable to cancel an order. This policy is in place because the products are created specifically for each customer.
We're also sorry if you had difficulty contacting us. We do respond to customer emails, but response times can occasionally be longer during busy periods. If you haven't yet received a reply, please send us your order number and we'll make sure your enquiry is reviewed as quickly as possible.

Don't waste your money - it's a site trying to pawn off Chinese plastic jerseys that isn't official GAA nor is it retro.
E.g. The Kerry jersey has the coat of arms of Tralee on it.
Update; don't trust the 5 star ratings.
