We ordered four 1oz raw salmon jars

We ordered four 1oz raw salmon jars. What a surprise one of them was not sealed, and had a mould. Needless to say we didnt even try it. The other three were extreamly solty, with a strong fishy smell not realy enjoyable. I intend to drive to the Dorval packing factory and return this product.

The product was delivered to a friend…

The product was delivered to a friend as a birthday present with very specific directions that it was not to be left if the friend was not home. The product was shipped with a small ice pack to keep it cold. The product was taken back to the couriers warehouse where it sat warm over the weekend awaiting a re delivery. Needless to say the very expensive gift ended up being worthless when it was finally picked up. Company offered nothing and customer service has been non existent. I will never recommend nor order from this company again.

Purolator attempted to deliver the package within our advertised timeframe and the package was available for pickup on Friday morning before the weekend.

The package was only picked up the following Wednesday, almost a full week after the initial delivery attempt.

We work hard to ensure customers receive all delivery notifications so they can track their orders and make sure they are available to receive them.

We've gone ahead and given you a 50% refund on your order as a one-time courtesy given the circumstances.

Wow and wow again

Wow , first time customer . A real person called me to clarify something on my order . Can’t remember last time someone made that effort . Mail strike and Amazon says it can’t ship to me because of my location ….caviar delivered my order in two days . Amazing service good products and good pricing . I highly recommend

impossible to contact

i have emailed and used their chat to speak to someone but have yet to be answered. it's been 3 days. i've also tried calling but always says agents are busy and hangs up.

update november 22 2024:

the response from the company is complete BS. there were no email from them not even in my junk mailbox.
i have called them in the time of their phone hours 3 times and still nothing.
checking the live chat and my messages from november 14+15 have still not been answered.
what a liar :)
