Although the company was very helpful

Although the company was very helpful, my order was delayed, likely due to the flooding that has been causing chaos in the Montreal area. I certainly don't blame CaviarHub or Purulator for the inability to get the product to me in time.
Update: Caviar Hub wouldn't cancel my order, because of the 48 hour fine print on the website. On the phone with Caviar Hub when I was initially making inquiries, I had been really clear that there was only one day that would work for receiving the delivery, and Caviar Hub should have told me that they couldn't guarantee it and I wouldn't have bought it.
We managed to adjust things so that there was a slightly longer delivery window (part way into the next day), and the package coincidentally and fortunately arrived less than 5 minutes before the recipients had to leave. The caviar we got was delightful, but one of the items was missing from our order.
I feel like they meant well, but there is obviously a lack of attention to detail.

Good salmon roe, not quite as red or sweet as others I’ve had but still good. Thankful I could purchase it online.

Service was fantastic

Service was fantastic. Had a call as my shipment was running late and they were monitoring it! Unfortunately it was late and spoiled. No fault of theirs but rather the shipping company. They are sending a replacement!

PS: We sell our caviar in 28g and 50g jars so that you can enjoy it perfectly fresh as needed. Once a jar is opened it must be consumed within 48 hours so larger formats are not ideal for most customers. Thank you for your understanding!
