Good products ,although ordered 3 cbd vapes one didn't work sent a message to live chat and emailed heard nothing back which I found annoying

Awful company. Never did get my order, they don’t reply to emails , no live chat, no phone number, pathetic scum of thieves!

After waiting 11 days for my item, they sent me a broken vape pen, in the wrong flavour. Have left email with customer services twice now, and still yet to hear from them. Very quick to take your money, but it seems they’re quite fraudulent and simply terrible at their job. If you can’t send someone a single vape pen that works, I have no idea why you’re still operating.

Wong item sent. Tried to email 6 times no response. No contact number to ring them.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Hi guys thanks for the quick delivery of my Cbd vape liquid but upon opening my orange county vape liquid I noticed it was out of date by 3 months

still not received first order [Order #74957] (October 13, 2023) it was sent to wrong address same as this order. same as this order but was able to redirect this one

Parcel took 9 days to arrive and when it got to me, was damaged. Seal was broken

I ordered 4 vapes, the same day they arrived I emailed them to say one of the vapes didn’t work (no light, nothing comes out of it) and asked to exchange it, which went completely ignored. The 2 stars are because the 3 vapes that worked were good and I still use them. Because I paid through their payment system, if they don’t reply I don’t see a way of getting my money back. Unless I get my money back or a replacement I can’t recommend them; I would rather use a site that has PayPal etc with buyer protections.

Received a faulty product. Company hasn't responded to multiple emails. I'm having to go through my card company to get my money back. Cannot recommend.

Have tried many brands/strengths of CBD capsules and find this the best. The directions say take 2 capsules a day, I find one in the morning and one in the evening works well. Helps general well being and joint mobility. So if you've tried the rest, now try the best!
