Rechargeable vape pen with no cable and non standard size
I bought 2 Calyfx rechargeable disposable CBD vape pens. They arrived with no charging cable and the usb in the vape is totally non standard. It is between mini and large, so none of my charging cables will fit. I now have two very expensive vape pens that I can’t use. I have messaged the company to ask if they sell the charging cables or can inform me of which cable to buy and from where. I have had no reply to my query. Will not be using this company again.

Rubbish

Items didn’t arrive, I have emailed their customer services a number of times for assistance as the signature on delivery wasn’t mine and I no information on where this was delivered to, however no one has responded to me.

The item is faulty. It fell apart.
No customer service response to multiple emails.
No contact number.
Delivered to the wrong address.
Still awaiting customer service to advise as it has taken over 14 working days for no reply to emails and the item is useless.
