Paid extra for next day delivery
Paid extra for next day delivery. Kit was ordered on a Saturday for a job in London. No delivery on the Monday so we had to go to London and we were promised the kit would be with us on site pre 10am. Again after umpteen phone calls to find out where the equipment was we finally received it at approximately 3pm. Terrible service and won't be using them again.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Your order was placed on Saturday, when our dispatch and courier services are closed, so it was processed first thing Monday and shipped via DPD on a next‑day service. Unfortunately, DPD experienced delays outside our control and the parcel did not arrive as scheduled.
When we learned you needed the kit in London on Wednesday, we attempted a diversion which DPD could not complete. To minimise disruption, we sourced a local supplier and arranged same‑day hand delivery to your site at our own cost.
We understand how frustrating this was and sincerely apologise despite our efforts to resolve the situation. Please contact us directly if you’d like to discuss further.

Problem that got sorted easily.
Ordering was easy, dvr i ordered wasnt in stock so they upgraded my order. Top notch. Dvr arrived, got it setup, but system wouldnt load up, contacted cctvdirect. No problem after going through the problem, agreed it was possibly faulty, sent me a returns label. They phoned menafter testing to say they were shipping a new dvr, arrived next day. All set up and working. Excellent service, cant fault them. Thanks.

Next day delivery took 8 days
Took 8 days for delivery when I paid for next day delivery. Mentioned multiple times during those 8 days that 8 wanted the postage fee back, 8 had to ask again after delivery and finally got it.
It took 8 days for delivery as the NVR was out of stock and they needed to wait 2 weeks for delivery from China, on day 6 this hadn't been ordered from china! I ended up paying more to get a different NVR delivered sooner! Maybe saying out of stock on the website would have been a great idea!
