Thanks for the help with my Engineers Australia migration skills assessment

I had a great experience with CDRAustralia.org while preparing my CDR report. I contacted them for writing my CDR package and this is my feedback:
1. They increased the quoted price by almost 20% after understanding that I have shallow knowledge on the procedures.
2. They were late at delivering the papers (though minor issue)
3. After going through their work, I gave them some queries and corrections. Surprisingly, everytime they were sending me the same documents (without correcting).
4. Once I have got RFI from the assessors, I contacted with them and forwarded the comments of the assessor. They did not address any of the corrections and instead they just added some drawings (supplied by me).
5. They don't answer your mail and they don’t have any coordinations among the team.

Very bad service. Cdraustralia.org is a fraud website. I sent to them my draft CDR. and I paid the fees they sent to me after two weeks a copy of my CDR on new papers. I asked them for refund they blocked me on WhatsApp and never replied on my emails. They don't have phone no. Only WhatsApp .the bank account is indian bank account not in Australia as they say. They are scammers and all the positive comments written here I think it's their comments to increase the rate. I have all evidence and I can provide them to anyone as proof. Don't try Cdraustralia.org or you will lose your time and money

Poor communication and no services worth the fee I paid them. I was looking for some customized Experience certificate content which closely ties with what I do, sadly they came back with the template I believe they are using for the ACS code with very little customization or little understanding of my work. Which rendered many of the roles described as irrelevant, when I asked them to call me for discussing this in details they denied saying they cannot hold discussion with the writers and I can only email. Even when I emailed in detail asking question, I got back a reply in a one liner saying I have to follow what they have prepared.

I forwarded my CDR and CV to them for review so that they can verify it meets the required standards.
