Yep ... another one here who fell for this scam. In my case it was the bird house, and as with other people all I received was a piece of cheap resin shit. I'd love to get face to face with the people who do this sort of thing ... very angry person here .... Now begins the struggle to get my money back ...

Product not as described,cheap imitation, resin ,scam, can't believe I fell for this....was to be a birthday present,so disappointed.

I've just seen an advert for a cast iron birdbath at a fantastic price,the apparent birdbath is of a lady sitting down with a beautiful leafy dress and includes a very sob story about an old man having to give up his lifelong trade. I feared that it could be a SCAM, I did some checking and I was correct. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED BY THESE SCAMMING ADVERTS, KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE AND ALWAYS DO YOUR CHECKS FIRST. IT'S AS EASY AS TYPING IT INTO GOOGLE.

I will not be responding to any Google ads in the future as they obviously are not adverse to misleading advertising.

Its a scam site not hand made carved but plastic resin bird houses,same items advertised on backroad goods site this is also a scam site selling tatty chinese tat as hand crafted goods

Oh dear! Ordered goods worth £166 and only now read the reviews and see that returns have to go to China!!

Found an advertisement for hand made rucksack company allegedly to close in Leeds. I was suspicious as the mill is supposedly on Marlow Street in Holbeck. There is no such street. If you look at the advert, the alleged owner is photographed across the street from the mill which is supposedly been developed. So his business is in an entirely different building. The advertisement is a scam.

I feel embarrassed about falling for this scam, as you will be aware of the advertisement for the birdbox stating it was hand carved by some old guy from one piece of wood the actual box is a resin mould and is half the size.
I will have to put this one down to experience I’m afraid as there is not a snowballs chance in Hell of getting a refund, yes it comes from China and not the UK.
The product is complete tat and I am £40 lighter PLEASE AVOID!! 👎

UPDATE have reported this website to Google and they say they have taken it down, still appears on YouTube though!

I paid £69:92 for two houses
They arrived yesterday and they are just cheap painted resin
The description bears no resemblance to what arrived
If you are reading this please do not purchase anything from this company , just absolute rubbish
To top that I’ve seen the exact item

DO NOT buy from this company! product Not as advertised. advertised hand carved wood, actually plastic mass produced. Currently trying to get money back!

This is a scam website. The products are not handmade by individual named craftspeople. Surf the site and the same articles are described in the same nonsense story by two individuals. No goods will arrive no receipt of payment will be acknowledged. The company has two directors who are based in Singapore and Malaysia. The company was formed in May 2025 and is under strike off orders. Do not buy ... this is affectivity cyber warfare by a foreign state sponsored entity.

The whole site is a scam. They're flogging cheap imports at inflated prices, pretending to be hand-crafted by artisans. Those artists are not real people. It's all fake.

This company is a scam. The rubbish about the poor old man with arthritic hands who can't carve anymore is a deliberate lie. The birdbox is made of plastic and is much smaller than described. If this company was in the UK I would be heading for the Small Claims Court. As it is, the birdbox is heading to a charity shop. I

Agree with all the other reviewers. This is a scam. Do not buy from this company. Returns can only be made to China.

TOTAL SCAM..Birdboxes are plastic,Consumer Rights Act 2015, if item is not as described, which they are not, The seller has to provide Pre-Paid Returns Label, and Full Refund without charging international postage.Have attempted this , having to email Hong Kong, they offer 50% refund,which. I dont want.They cannot force you to pay to return a misrepressented purchase.. As others have advised, Contact your Bank, request to open a Chargeback dispute, they will attempt to reverse the transaction by pulling funds back from retailer, even thought they can dispute... Cancel your card get a new one.. update..Bank not able to do anything,clever marketing regarding them,mail office in London,Returns to Hong Kong,refund policy states customer liable to pay cost,as stated above according To consumer rights can legally pursue,put that would involve more money that I would be out of pocket.They ...Cedartin have offered 50,% refund which I am now pursuing,but having difficulty getting any reply from them.Google London office 32 Ki Naburn st.SE16 6DW,rundown garage and house,Company EcomcloudLLP run by a Malaysian guy..Wenxi Choo.Will report also to REPORT FRAUD

The product that I bought for about £40 was nothing like the product advertised. Definitely a scam with no way of getting my money back. Beware!
