Very easy to use site and very fast post next day

Easy to navigate website and reasonable prices for the items good delivery on items not in stock

I initially called your store in Troon and was met with an extremely unhelpful and disinterested individual who refused to even contemplate discussing my needs and pushed off to the website. Being sight compromised, I had to get wife to go online to complete my order. Were I not in such urgent need of the part, I would have gone elsewhere...... This now mentioned, the online process worked well, the part arrived in good order and in quick time.

Unfortunately website description was incorrect resulting in me ordering items which were not as described. Rang to speak to customer services who said sometimes pictures and descriptions can be incorrect or missing images. Not very helpful. Had to then take items for credit to local branch.

Good product, easy ordering, great price and fast delivery.

Ordered a Dewalt pole hedge trimmer and CEF had the best price AND free next day delivery, superb company.

I purchased a toothbrush charger just over a year ago which suddenly stopped working. I could not find the receipts but knew the purchase date and got a new replacement the next day. No fuss. Well done customer service.

The product did not arrive on Monday as promised.
I contacted them the day it should have arrived as the tracking link they sent me was not working. It did not look like it had been sent.
I finally spoke to someone on Wednesday who said they had escalated it with the delivery company, because they had taken my item but had not scanned it. I asked them to send me a replacement and when the delivery company find the original item, they could return it to them. I was told he would speak to his manager about this and come back to me, but no one has!! So I have asked for a refund - not received it yet!!

Easy to order online via the web site arrived when required free of charge, great service for a busy electrician.
