CEF online is a good convenient…
CEF online is a good convenient service, unfortunately the delivery is very unreliably.
Multiple times I’ve had deliveries delayed which had a knock on effect with scheduled works.

Click and collect ordered items some…
Click and collect ordered items some come from another shop which was fine. The rest no notification uto tell you it's ready.had a conversation with someone from cef only to be told it's there but you have to come in and pay before you get notification. Why would you send notification when I went in paid collect order. Sort your system out two visits waste of my time.

Leechmere Sunderland shame on you..
Our local CEF on Leechmere Industrial estate in Sunderland has been pathetic. Even though a Google search reported CEF sells solar PV cable by the metre, this branch flat out refused to open a roll.. Shame on you, never be returning again with service like that..
