Very impressed with quality of the staff. Always happy and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Get the same treatment whether making a small or large purchase.
Staff are very knowledgeable about their stock. On my last visit I wanted a specific lightbulb so explained the specification. Barely a minute later it was on the counter top and was exactly what I wanted. I also wanted an unusual adaptor. The staff member looked it up on their website and confirmed it existed and could be purchased online. It was delivered promptly. Think I'll be using CEF much more in future.

Staff service
The prices could be a bit better but the main reason I use the Bridlington Branch is the staff. Every member always tries there best to help. The delivery service is also very useful, and again always accommodating.
I could get a lot of my materials cheaper online but the all round service of my local branch keeps me going back

Excellent customer service
What superb customer service at CEF Bridlington from Carl and Jon. They advised and guided me through the purchase of new LED bulbs to replace old halogen ones. They couldn’t have been more helpful to me, a lady getting on in years with no electrical know how! Such kindness is rarely found in this busy world and I will be forever grateful to them both.

First time using online service as local office didn’t carry the specific lights I needed but items delivered there next day and then dropped off to me. Well packaged as well.
