The web page ordering cycle is straight forward but major gripe is finding the items, I refer to the trade catalogue to get the reference number as simply cant find the parts on the net.
you are missing out on extra sales by not giving items like the correct terminal glands to use if you order a size armored cable - what back plates fit 13 amp sockets when ordering a type of dado trunking. and offer "you might need this item also below to complete the job" etc as RS do.
Items always come well packed
