Really quick delivery the next day at 1pm from an order the day before at 5:30pm. This helped me complete my job on time and not need to do a revisit. Perfect!

I ordered some LED tubes to be…
I ordered some LED tubes to be delivered to the Cannock store, next day at £19.99 for Saturday. It was booked online so said i would be notified when they would be available to pick up. No notification arrived on Saturday. I phoned the store on the following monday and they found the Tubes outside having been delivered on Saturday but not told. I asked for a refund of the £19.99 delivery charge as I did not get the service i had paid for, and someone would sort it. Having not seen it come through i emailed CEF customer services who were less than helpful and told me i had to take it up with the store and they could do nothing further. I have emailed the store with no response - Update this has now been sorted by a kind lady (sorry it was a bad line so didn't catch your name) from CEF Customer Services.
