The bald guy in the lincoln branch was rude and unhelpful. Luckily I'd already checked online what i needed but thought I'd go in store to double check what I wanted but he was the most unhelpful guy I've seen. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the store had an easy lay out inside
