I've dealt with this company a few times and been very pleased with the service
Staff very helpful.
But on this occasion they let me down. Ordered and paid for 1/21 air-conditioning units, only to be told a few days later that there were none in stock
Shame as it was for my grandson 😞

Order was correct but delivery took a bit longer than expected. Overall service was good and a good supply service. Would have used my local branch but that was being refurbished.

The CEF staff were very helpful . Unfortunately the delivery went to another unit on the site and took a couple of days to sort this out. The CEF staff were very quick to sort the problem when we discovered what had happened. The fault was with the delivery company, at the wrong address and then that company didn’t bother to take it to CEF depot next door.

The man that came to pick up our wee waist was very nice. But it took nearly 2 months and 3 phone calls for a response from our original request to collect the waist .

Quality retailer, with professional customer service, prices are good and they post out nice and quickly, great range of products and they don't seem to penalise non trade customers on price....very easy transaction and nice quality products sent well packaged....👍

Would have rather bought in store and collected from store , however was directed to website to order and get delivered

They had the part I required to fix a Kitchen light.
Delivery was longer than I hoped for (7 days).
The customer service, however, was great.
After contacting them regarding the delay they got straight on it and called direct to let me know what was going on. Received my order the following day. Overall I was very pleased. :)

Poor service, no knowledge of what they were selling. No help at all. Won’t be using again.

Always a great company to deal with. 1 of many company accounts at electrical wholesalers but easily our go-to.

I ordered 7PM Thursday. It’s changed from order before 8PM to 6PM for next day delivery. I clicked free delivery for the Saturday, somehow it defaulted to pre 12, probably as the branches shut at 12, even though it was delivered to home. I didn’t need it £19.99 quickly! And I didn’t notice on checkout and just click click clicked u til the invoice came in! I’m an account customer and there was no way to amend order at CEF online. I went in the branch Friday morning, they called but was told it had been dispatched. Really? Already dispatched at 8AM?
Product and delivery fine, but £20 for pre noon when I didn’t need it was a blow.
