We always recieve good service give them a chance you will be pleased.
We always recieve good service keen prices and if there are any delays or issues we are kept fully informed all staff are competent and efficient when we place orders. We use CEF now as our main provider of our electrical items.

Poor customer service
The staff behind the counter were unhelpful and totally detached fromwhat was going on in store.
I stood at a counter that said click and collect for 10 mins despite there being 2 members of staff at the tills. After 10mins one of the staff shouted out “anyone here doing click and collect check in at the terminals please”.
