Utterly useless
Utterly useless. The staff are so slow they couldn’t even catch a cold. They just don’t care, are lazy and don’t give a damn about customers. Every time you go into the branch it takes way too long. They have no urgency and no regard for you at all. Avoid at all costs. Fulham branch in Chelsea. Manager can’t be bothered to meet you either.
Update - I provided my details and had a conversation with a manager who was going to speak to the branch and come back to me. Never heard from him again!
