Went into the Glasgow store (Townhead)…
Went into the Glasgow store (Townhead) looking to buy named grid switches (cooker, fridge, microwave etc) but unfortunately there were none in stock. It was a Saturday and near closing time (almost noon). Despite that, the guy in the store went out of his way to get me the codes for the items I needed so that I could order them online when I got home. That's great customer service. I could have went elsewhere for the switches but why would I after his help. Got home and ordered them and they all arrived very promptly.
