Horrible Customer Service
I have returned an item, received a Credit Note, I called the branch, the person at the branch said they will call back, 6 hours later, no response. Subsequently called again, person on the phone said, they will find who I called in the morning, didn't ask for any details second time around, was fobbed off and then hung up.

Terrible service
Terrible service with one end of the company not knowing what the other is doing. I am waiting for a simple refund for goods I returned. CEF agreed to give my money back but I have not received it, despite wasted phone calls and excuses. I am not sure if this is bureaucracy or incompetence

The Customer service at London West End…
The Customer service at London West End branch was 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Not only helped me to identify the correct item, but also provided escellent recommendations. And they even offered to let me use their branch as a collection point to pick up my next day items delivery. Product was in great condition and I managed to finish my work quickly. The customer I was working for was impressed by how quick the materials arrived.

Always a pleasure to deal with this company they are very efficient helpful informative reliable friendly and go out of their way to help when it is needed!!
CEF are the only electrical wholesalers I know of that always have absolutely everything in stock when others don’t!!
We have been customers of CEF for many years so lucky to have them!
