Poor service
Delivery was more than 2 days late. No reason or communication. It was an online order so the store wasn't interested, the customer service team was interested as it was getting delivered to the store. Nearly a week on, still waiting for my refund. Stick with Yess, far better service.

Great price, just improve on communication with the customer
Great price for a quality tool. Unfortunately I had to contact the seller after 4 days of buying the tool as I had no idea or details of when to expect the tool. I must say the shop responded to my email immediately. It’s a shame they hadn’t included the details in any of the correspondence. The item did arrive on time once I knew what time. I would recommend this company just contact them straight after the transaction requesting an expected date of delivery.
