accounts handling is rubbish
Your accounts department is still making errors in our monthly statement,even after 5 months have elapsed. Errors always in favour of CEF I observe. Just not good enough (regular account customer).

Cheerful helpful research and advice
Having been told by my electrician that it was easy, I thought I had bought the right combination of (click) products from the website, only to discover that they did not work together. When I arrived at the store with my purchase, the assistant was kind enough to review the products online and then call "Click" and with their help order the correct set of components to replace my web purchase.
