Seriously let down by CEF
We ordered a specific cabinet for major electrical work. They supplied a different product which was the wrong size, which resulted in the work being aborted for which we had to pay a cancellation charge of £1000. This was all down to CEF's mistake. They rejected our claim for the payment and refuse to enter into any negotiations for settlement. Wouldn't touch them if I were you!

First time customer
Initially disappointed that the heat alarm I purchased online didn’t work but impressed that the manager of the Orpington store went out of his way to replace it.
All other items in my order were ok.
