Eigenlijk helemaal niets waard! Bestelling gedaan en bericht gekregen dat het product zou afwijken! Gevraagd om foto en uiteraard nooit ontvangen. Bij navraag of de bestelling al verzonden was, werd er met ja geantwoord, terwijl ze zelf alles geannuleerd hadden, dus gelogen! Er zou een refund gestuurd zijn wat ook niet waar was, leugen no 2! Uiteindelijk is er een credit/refund geweest maar wel met een lager bedrag dan de oorspronkelijke aankoopwaarde. Dus hun onkunde en laksheid heeft mij geld gekost! Mijden deze bedriegers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Would give zero stars if I could Total scam! Absolutely useless, you purchase something and then it’s out of stock. They try to convince you to get something else. You decline and then it takes them forever to do refund. They lie and their communication is absolutely terrible. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Hello customer, we have tried to contact you but have had no reply. We always try to make things right, if we can. If you respond we would love to discuss this.
Scam, purchased item, sent me an email saying not in stock. Offered replacement, never came, requested refund told would get it and never did. Lodged a claim with PayPal and was not protected. Stay away from this company.

We can confirm this is not for our business, there is no sale that matches your details in our system.
Ordered some clothing. Told unavailable and offered a substitute. Repeatedly asked what substitute and photos of replacement. Received no photos. Paid £11.38. Suddenly on 16/3/26, they charge another amount, £11.18. Have repeatedly, via email for a refund. Nothing. A scam. Now have to phone Barclaycard to stop more feared charges.
