I only just found this website through Google as I was looking at coach bags. On their website CLEARLY STATES over 1000 reviews on trustpilot that are 5* !!! How is this even legal??!! How are they allowed to state FALSE INFORMATION? Thank god I copied their exact website name and pasted here to double check. They should take the website down!

Avoid - this company is a scam and should not be allowed to rank so high on a google search. I ordered a pair of Hoka trainers, and admittedly I was please as they were offering a very cheap price. As the saying goes, if it’s too good to be true, it’s not true! The goods never arrived, despite numerous chaser emails. I did receive very generic responses to two of my emails, more of a fob off. The tracking number sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t, and even then it doesn’t look quite right. Eventually I contacted my credit company, I have received a refund and put the purchase into dispute.

SCAM!!!! AVOID I ORDERED A COACH HANDBAG IT SAYS USA ON WEBSITE THE PHONE NUMBER IS THE NETHERLANDS AND CHINA DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!!!!!!

Scam company!! Do not bother you will never get your order and they will never respond to any email asking where your order is I have tried multiple times avoid avoid avoid!!!

Terrible website and company

Terrible company.
Ordered 2 t-shirts and received goods which were not as shown on their website.
Complained about this and the company offered me a credit note or a 40% refund (not 100 % as advertised on their website website).
So, with my “credit” I ordered some trousers which cost £20 less than I paid for my t-shirts actually and was then asked to pay £1.95 shipping fee which I was happy to pay. Anyway, I tried to pay this fee but was unable to due to some glitch on the website and explained this to the company but they insisted they cannot send the trousers until I pay the £1.95 fee. Tried many times to do this but still unable to pay the fee.
Have sent numerous emails to someone called Ethan from Celestiella but he has not responded now for about 2 weeks.
Looks like I have lost the money I originally paid for my t-shirts (about £60 ) as I am not receiving any comeback at all from the company.

I implore people to NOT buy any goods from this company as they are a SCAM and a fraud.
Lesson learned and will not make this mistake again.

Do not use, terrible goods, offered full refund after multiple disputes and after agreeing 100% refund - I still do not have my refund so AMEX will now deal with it. Stick to reputable websites and don’t risk losing your money,

I bought a green jacket from this website for £50 which looked like it had a nice thick material weave. After three weeks I get a crumpled up Jo of a jacket delivered which looks like something you find on ventriloquist dummy. The material is so cheap and so thin and is nothing like the product on the website.
After four email Myles back-and-forth with Ethan the most I was offered was 50% refund unless I sent the jacket back to China at my expense.
Do not buy anything from this website it is a scam!

I purchased 3 short sleeve shirts from this website after getting a lot of pop up from their website on face book. Delivery first of all to over a month and when the shirts arrived they were nothing like discribed on the website so I requested a return and refund which has to be done by email. I got an email back saying they as a goodwill gesture they are willing to exchange or refund 25% back to me to keep this crap they have sent out to me. This are shirts that even if I was given for free I would wear them. Do not buy from this website, it’s a scam.

It is chinese and its products are SO bad you cannot believe it.

My 'pure linen shirt' arrived today, 11 working days after the order & it bears no resemblance to the photo on their website. It has large white buttons instead of smaller, 'tonal' dark blue ones, as per the description & the medium sizing is not accurate. It arrived folded tightly in a parcel just 22x18cm. It has no labels or tags to substantiate the description of 'the finest long-staple flax' & ' 100% sustainably sourced flax linen', just a label stating the size M. Look at the 'About us' page & you'll see that their products are 'sourced from different suppliers' - this came from Hong Kong and the whole feel of the shirt shouts out 'poor quality'. The fact that I have to pay to return it means that I'm stuck with it. For the same price I bought a pure linen shirt, on an introductory offer, from Charles Tyrwhitt - what a difference in shirts...... fabric, style & fit are like chalk & cheese. If you're after a pure linen shirt go there - do NOT order from Celestiella!!

UPDATE 20th June 2026
So, between the 8th June to 12th June I exchanged 8 emails with their Customer Support Team member 'Ethan', who was sympathetic to my complaint about the shirt. I sent many photos of the shirt, including measurements, which again he was sympathetic to. We agreed to wash the shirt, as per their website instructions, and the shirt shrank alarmingly - again photos with tape measurements were sent. Over the course of these emails Ethan offered a replacement item up to the value of £30, followed after another email from me of a refund of 25% of the shirt value & 25% on a future order (as if!), then a 40% refund (the maximum he was authorised to do), then a 50% refund, then he automatically refunded my card 75% of the price (which I had not agreed to), plus 40% discount on a future purchase (obviously a joke). He stated that he could not offer more as they had to pay costs as part of their business, even though I, as the purchaser, had free delivery advertised on the webpage. So, on 14th June I requested a link to their Review page, which advertises 3713+ reviews at 4.7 out of 5 stars, as you cannot access it on their webpage - guess what, no reply. Another request for the link 3 days later & still no reply. Ethan has obviously had enough of me by now. They do have just 10 reviews scrolling across the lower part of their site, 1 of which is by someone called 'Ethan' - just a coincidence????
The business address in the States is just the equivalent of a P.O.Box here, the phone number is in the Netherlands - the business is just a drop shop. As the other review has stated, they are using sweat shops to manufacture their sub standard items that they are selling on. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY!
Please Trustpilot, give people the chance to submit a ZERO rating on your site.

They failed to deliver goods and then failed to pay the refund they repeatedly promised. Despite the glossy anglophone website, they obviously source goods from Chinese sweatshops.
Not to be trusted.
