Pure scam! Dress I ordered in 2 different sizes was listed ad LINEN one! In 2 weeks I received 100 percent polyester cheap rubbish! Requested a return and been told to send it to.. USA! So UK address and phone number are fake! And they keep offering me a partial refund for me to keep items. Explained I have an allergy for polyester and wouldn't buy if knew it was polyester. Still fighting for refund! AVOID THIS SCAMMERS!

Avoid this company. After ordering clothes it took over 2 weeks for them to arrive. I then emailed them as per the guidance on the website to return the items and have not yet received instructions on how to return the items. The phone number on the website is fictitious and does not work.

I have received my mules!
They are poor quality, have no grip VERY DANGEROUS and wouldn’t last a few hours.
I have no way of returning for a full refund, they make it so difficult.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.
Sort through the reviews the good ones can’t be real.
The bad ones are true as I have found out.
I wouldn’t give them to anyone as so DANGEROUS, JUST FIT FOR TGE BIN.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been emailing for 2 days to cancel my order before it’s shipped, just to be ignored, probably to force a sale.

Phone number is a scam, address is a scam, even the delivery company contact information is a scam!!

Apparently they can now reply to reviews but not emails. I will be following up with a fraud case with my bank and the relevant UK authorities.

Scam. Ordered shoes as I thought from Brighton. No shop or business in Brighton. They arrived from China. Absolute rubbish suppose to be orthopaedic but they aren’t!! Asked to return told I had to pay £14.99 to return to a Hollywood boulevard address told I would have to pay taxes. No full refund offered either even if I did this. The most I was offered was 50% I feel confident I won’t get a refund. I’ve looked them up they are based in the Philippines. I have reported them to my bank and will report to trading standards.

Bought a blazer which arrived two weeks later. Poor quality and not a blazer but a ill-fitting blouse and not the size not correct. As with many reviews they refused refund which is consumer right and charged £ 14.95 to return which is in breach of consumer rights. The garment beared no reflection to the garment displayed on their website. They will then respond to reviews stating with a standard response with empathy and agreeing to investigate but will do nothing but keep money.
