Like every year I received message to get the soft water system maintained. I paid online and after couple of days received a call for the date of visit. The person came on the date and performed maintenance. Overall very good experience.

higher payment for recurring customers
I set up a recurring order for delivery every three months, but I realized that 15 bags would be too much for that timeframe, so I requested to switch to a six-month schedule. However, they delivered the 15 bags at the three-month mark for €114. I wouldn't have complained about that—I would have simply waited longer before placing the next order—but I checked the website and saw that the price for 15 bags was €84. I don't think it's fair for me to pay more than the website price when I have a scheduled order; not only am I not getting a discount for having a recurring order, but I'm actually ending up worse off.

A very good service
A very good service. The technician was efficient, tidy and very knowledgable. He also listened to my requests and made sure everything was set up just fine. Please commend him for his work. My only grouch with you is the flurry of emails about servicing, the first almost 3 months before the due date and the last after booking. Please don't!

Unorganised
Paid for a service on my system but because there are no technicians in Donegal I had to wait a significant period. Not overly bothered by this. However, I specified a morning appointment twice as I was working the afternoon and was told no problem I’m 2nd on the list. Morning came and went. I was waiting about all day and eventually came in afternoon. I was 5th on the list. Missed my training and was 30 mins late for work. Not the technicians fault, he was dead on. Seems the new owners are looking more for less.

Rushed Job
I informed the technician who was carrrying out the service that i had to leave at 2;15 to collect my son.
I called him at half 1 asking him what time he was coming and reminded him of the time i needed to leave.
He turned up at 2:05 with one filter and told me he would be 5 mins.
I told him i don't want this rushed as I've paid €180 to have my reverse osmosis water filtration and water softner serviced. And that my filter tap was leaking.
He rushed through changing filters, i asked about the water softner service and he said oh we only do a service if there's something wrong with it but yours is working fine.
I asked about the discolouration inside and he just replied I've seen worse.
He replaced some rubber gaskets on the tap and was out the door by 2:20!
I came back from collecting my son to find a pool of water leaking from my filter tap, worse than before.
I called him, he returned and said he could replace the valve as he had one in the van.
When i checked the tap after he replaced the valve, the tap was completely cracked and silver scraped off. He said just turn it this way, nobody will see!! I informed him that was unacceptable and he said well I'm going to have to charge you €60 extra to replace tap
I had no choice , paid it and he left.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed, got filter serviced he never turned on the tap to let it run as he was supposed to do, or else he would have copped there was a leak! I turned it on to let it run for a few minutes, not knowing the filter was leaking, returned home after 5hours to water running down my kitchen floor and under sink cupboard flooded! Wasn’t a normal leak it was flooding out of the top of the filter? I rang the man that was there he told me how to turn it off and I asked would he come fix it and he says it will be the 18tuh September before he comes to fix it!!! May I add this was the 4th September! Rang Culligan and explained they said it will be the 9th before anyone can come fix it! My undersink is stink with damp and lost brand new box of washing tablets ! I’ve a dehumidifier going to try dry out under my sink! Not happy at all
