I used Centiment to do market research (survey) for my idea. The team at Centiment is very responsive and the process to on-board to their platform and run the survey was very smooth and straightforward. I was able to view my results on their platform and then download it for further analysis as well. Their pricing model is very competitive and they have a good audience panel segmentation as well. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and would personally use them again for another survey that I need to do in future.

Centiment met our needs in every way. Evan was thorough, responsive, and clearly understands survey research--a necessity on complex projects like ours.

We were impressed with the representativeness of the sample – there was only a few places that were undersampled – Latinos and HH with incomes between $75 and 150k—both of which are understandable. That we got that many Latinos was impressive given we did not have a Spanish Translation. Much better than we’ve done with our sample frames.

I contacted Centiment on Nov 30 with a RUSH job (in my mind, RUSH was before Christmas). Derek worked with me to get the entire project fielded correctly and COMPLETED by December 8th. Being a start up and finding it on our own, we were looking for lots of guidance especially never doing a survey before and only having one chance since it was our own money. Centiment is an amazing organization. I came to the team (on a Sunday morning) with a complex list of needs on a limited budget for COVID-19 research. Kurt and Derek helped me every step of the way and made sure we could get solid data within a strict timeline, working with a team across three countries, and within our budget. They helped me every step of the way and were honestly the only company I would recommend working with and the only company I will work with in the future. The dataset is solid and I am incredibly impressed!

We compared three survey audiences: Centiment, Pollfish, and SurveyMonkey Audiences. Centiment stood out because it was the only service where a live person held our hand through the process. We got feedback on how to improve our survey and a suggestion to use an "attention check" question for confirming participants were reading the questions. So helpful. Pollfish was the cheapest per response, but they also had a lot of low quality, one word answers on open ended questions. SurveyMonkey was three times the price, and we never got the volume of responses we ordered, even though it was half of what we wanted from Centiment. For additional context, I was targeting marketing/advertising professionals. I will definitely use Centiment again.

Super quick to respond, even over the holidays. The team was very knowledgable and friendly. The turnaround time was about 5 days from the final delivery for the deployment of the survey to having the full results. I've used other vendors before at other organizations (they weren't great), but this was the first time with my current company. We were a little nervous since this was a new endeavor for us but it proved well worth it. The price was also very competitive, and I searched around for a while. I highly recommend Centiment.
