Spring '17. We received the survey results promptly on the timeline promised.Loading the Qualtrics survey into the Centiment system was simple.The data integrity was fine. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Centiment provides an excellent option for survey research. The only caveat is representivity of the subject pool , which is a concern with online sample providers in general.
