Snacks came in great shape, nice variety of international goodies that I’ve been looking for! 😋 They even threw in an extra item. Only took a couple of days to arrive, very impressed. I'll be buying agan soon, loved the whole experince.

One of the worst online business dealt with
So I placed order for over 60£ * & the listing stated 2/3 day delivery... But after 3 days and no dispatch, I messaged their online chat facility and asked for dispatch date as I needed for a specific date and event which I stated when placing order .. cut a very long disappointing story short- after multiple messages requesting any update (as nothing dispatched 8 days later).. subsequently all my messages were either ignored, or I was continually lied too. Told twice it was being sent that day. Any response was abrupt and no apology... after almost 10days & no explanation, my order finally arrived.... upon opening noticed everything was wet, one of the bottles had leaked over entire parcel. I knew I'd be wasting my.time even contacting them about it, but went ahead and sent a messsage A day later a reply came .. the long and short of it is, a guy called Steve was so unhelpful, never apologised and literally was only bothered about the fact the parcel (which had damage and was late and customer service non existent) had no packing peanuts ?! Stating 'WE NEVER EVER SEND WITHOUT PACKING PEANUTS!?' Which is of no relevance to me whatsoever and I couldn't understand when I answered his question advising the parcel didn't contain any packing peanuts, I couldn't understand his direction with this comment and find it ABSOLUTELY astounding that somebody could be so pressed about packing PEANUTS!! I sent a very clear and properly worded message stating all the facts AND HOW disgraceful the service was throughout. So far (almost a week later from sending that message) im still awaiting a response) I am in the process of dealing with trading standards and will ensure this matter is taken to highest complaints and is dealt with properly...Honestly this company is horrendous and seems to continually mess customers around whilst taking money from them...I'm telling anyone considering using them to AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

I've searched for these rare international candies for so long! Placed my order and it arrived earlier than expected. Customer service even helped me with a query within minutes, which is so rare these days. Each item was fresh and came in good shape, though I'd love to see more eco-friendly packaging options. Their selection is unlike anything around, absolutely my favrite place now!

Have ordered over a week a go and order hasn’t been shipped yet, says it’s awaiting fulfilment. They don’t reply to messages either.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Received confirmation of order on 13 Oct and same day money was deducted from Paypal account. 14 Oct received email saying goods dispatched by Royal Mail 24 hr service and tracking number supplied. I have been tracking shipping status with Royal Mail ever since and as of today 26 October it is still showing they have not received my order from these rogue suppliers. I have tried to contact them 3 times but have never had a reply so next week I will be contacting Paypal to initiate the refund procedure. This company is obviously fraudulent as a large percentage of reviewers on this site have had exactly the same experience of me. They should be reported to the Police and banned from running a business.
In the interests of being fair and honest, I have today received these two items but as per Royal Mail tracking, they were only posted on 1 Nov and not 14 Oct as per suppliers email. Also I have to say I did not receive any communications or replies to my 3 requests until after I had escalated my Paypal dispute to a claim and left it in the hands of Paypal to sort out. I am still sorry to say that, based on my experience, I would recommend potential future customers to be wary - and pay by Paypal for added protection.
Poor delivery and communication
Paid £6 for delivery and they did not dispatch for over a week. When it did finally come they sent me the wrong item. There is no way to get in contact with them except an email, however they have not responded to any of my emails. Feels like a scam company to be honest, I’d avoid.
Still waiting for order
Still waiting for order, roal mail has been expecting it for 4 days now and nothing. I have messaged several times and tried using the chat and no one has responded
Order not received
I wish I’d checked the reviews on here before I ordered! My order was placed a week ago and I was sent a tracking number, however tracking still says Royal Mail are waiting to receive it. No response from central sweet supply to my email, and no response on the chat function of their website. I will be going to my bank later today to initiate a chargeback
5 star snacks
My order was delivered on time, all of the sweets and drink are from different countries and as a snackoholic I am more than happy and with great customer service. My only advice I would give them is if they could use sturdier packaging as it was slightly damaged when it arrived but still worth 5 stars
Great Communication
I understand the struggles that people are having as I did face the Royal Mail issue also, however despite this the owner of the company was super helpful and in full contact with me until I received my order! Their communication was impeccable. I cannot fault them. They are trying their absolute best and some of the current issues are out of their hands, so do order with this company! Everything of mine arrived and in perfect condition nothing spilled or broken. I won’t hesitate to order again from here
Fixed initial problems
Apologies that it has taken me so long to adjust my review, I originally did leave a poor review however, the manager did contact me to explain that problems happened out of there control, I was refunded for missing items and told that they were unable to get into contact in regards to why my order was extremely delayed. Overall I appreciate the communication in regards to my order and my refund for missing items. Thank you guys.
ROBBERY - AVOID
I placed a £20 order with them in September. It took four days before I got the “we’re expecting your parcel” message from Royal Mail. Haven’t had a change in tracking for over a week now and this was supposed to be a tracked 24 service which is where Royal Mail delivers next working day. Contacted Royal Mail but apparently only the sender can make a claim on a lost parcel. I contacted central sweet supply by email but no response. Will not be buying from them again - absolute robbery.

Unfortunately I have to agree with other reviews no communication when a problem. Cannot see any other way of contacting than email, which they do not reply to. My order was short. Will keep on chasing for missing items but will not use again. * Update * I did receive an apologetic email eventually after the owner read my review with an apology and an offer for a full refund. I have not heard anything since but have had a refund for the two missing items. The problem being these were the items I made the order for. I hope the company improves and wish them well but not confident enough to make another order as yet.
Order didn't arrive
Order didn't arrive, no communication on delays. Marked as dispatched quickly, but order didn't progress.
Emailed 10 days after order, but no reply. Emailed 4 days later requesting cancellation, waiting to hear back. If I hear back, I'll update the review. UPDATE: email received after nearly 30 days and the order was refunded.
Good website, good products, poor communication. It doesn't look like a scam website, but you can't justify the communication issue.
I wouldn't recommend buying from here.
Short Shelf life
Order came quick, however had very little use by dates. With the costs and products you sell, the shelf life should be a lot longer.
Got an email 2 weeks ago to apologise and offer replacements to which I accepted to resolve the issues. Nothing since and no communication even after chasing. Seems best to avoid.
