COAP Wings Opiniones

Back from another superb well organised COAP trip to Switzerland which consisted of a mix of three photoshoots of three classic jets at three locations and modern day live fighter action. Rich did a fantastic job arranging the photoshoots and Rich and Steve's advice on photography locations for the live fighter action was invaluable as was the flexibility on each day. Not forgetting Stuart Oxley for all the behind the scenes admin, excellent work and the booking process was hassle free. If you haven't been on a COAP trip you don't know what you are missing they are fantastic!

I just returned from a short COAP organised tour to Switzerland 🇨🇭 the trip was based around access to photograph certain live and well preserved historic aircraft.
We were lucky with the weather and as a result of the excellent organisation skills put in by our tour leaders, it was a very pleasurable experience, i don't class my self as the best photographer, but the opportunities presented by COAP allow me to get some great imagery
I would highly recommend COAP for its ability to provide outstanding photographic opportunities.
As well providing travel and Accommodation arrangements as part of the overall package

Whether you shoot hundreds—or even thousands—of frames, or prefer a more relaxed pace, enjoying the company of like-minded folk while capturing a few dozen images, a COAP Wings trip won’t disappoint. The behind-the-scenes planning, along with the tour manager’s (TM) expertise, enthusiasm and support, is exactly why I’m already choosing a further trip with them.
Having spent over 40 years photographing military aircraft, I came to group tours relatively late but if, like me, aviation photography is your passion, there’s simply no better way to experience it. The TM's location geography knowledge and timings give the best chance of coming away with truly memorable results. If you've been considering trying a tour then I can thoroughly recommend COAP Wings.

So I did my first trip with COAP after weeks of going back and forth and reading reviews and getting feedback from others so I decided to pull the trigger give him a try and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever did I would highly recommend it especially if it's your first time traveling abroad it's very well organized, it's very helpful if you have a lot of questions especially if it's your first time traveling abroad and the communication is fantastic it was a great process from start to finish and you can make friends for a lifetime during the trip

I joined COAP Online for the Lightroom tutorials. These are great and have improved my editing beyond recognition. After a while working through some of my photos I decided to dip into the photo taking world of COAP.

I've currently been on two trips to the Greek mountains with Rich and Steve and am off again with them on another trip shortly. I can't speak more highly of their commitment and enthusiasm for the whole spectacle. From the organisation of the trip all the way through to the evening festivities all via great days of photography. Nothing is to much trouble to them.

They are also experts in specific nightshoots etc with re-enactment teams with amazing results.

If you're thinking of taking an aviation photography trip, I highly recommend you do it with Rich, Steve and the rest of the COAP team.

COAP deliver an excellent event, time and time again I'm impressed with the organisation and the passion that mean the events run smoothly and with great enthusiasm. This year I have done five shoots with COAP and they have all been brilliant fun and I have achieved great photographic results. I would highly recommend talking to COAP if you are interested in Aviation Photographic events, whatever your experience or ability.

Having been introduced to COAP less than a year ago, I've been really impressed with the effort that they put in to bring you the best possible situations and scenarios.
The first COAP event I went on was an air to air photo shoot on the Welsh and North West coast, that was absolutely superb, the subjects they pulled together was nothing short of amazing.
Then I went to the Avro Heritage centre for the Vulcan night shoot, again Rich and the team were great ensuring that everyone got time in as many locations to get the best pictures possible, the reinactors were fantastic.
The latest shoot I attended was the Heritage Harriers at RAF Wittering. Again all the stops were pulled out to get each and everyone in the right place to get the shot.

This is not my first event with COAP, yet again Rich and Steve smashed it out of the park. A really well planned, managed and choreographed day. A very friendly and helpful bunch of people. If you are new to the hobby, or a seasoned veteran there is help and guidance on hand, and above all a friendly atmosphere. Lunch was included which is always a bonus, and I went away with some great photos and memories. Thanks guys, see you on the next one.

Very friendly bunch of people, always made to feel welcome. The photo subjects are always placed to get the best pictures, if you go home with bad pictures you are doing something wrong. Always plenty of time to get pictures, a lot of effort goes in to these events and the results show.

Brilliant events, well run, well organised and opportunities for photo shoots that simply don’t exist otherwise. Very knowledgeable team who are willing to share how to get the best out of your kit if you are getting into a pickle being new to night shoots or whatever so you can leave with some great shots. Have done a number of events with this group - all top class

Simply the best for aviation photography events. From ease of booking through brilliant pre event communication to on-the-day effort, enthusiasm, assistance and controlled running of events no-one can hold a candle to them. With COAP I've been places and seen & done things very few people ever get to do - Steve, Rich - thank you

Thank you to everyone in the COAP team for organising the Harrier experience at RAF Wittering. Good communication leading up to the event. The planes were perfectly positioned to get the most out of the photography experience. The actors made a great addition and really made it feel like it would have been when these amazing planes would have been in service. The addition of the provided food and drinks was an added extra which was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work everyone.

I had never heard of COAP WINGS till I booked for the Concorde evening shoot through another company.

Very well organised, informative with vast knowledge about the aircraft and photographing them, I had a great evening, looking to book on more events.

Thanks for a great night.

I've been to a number of COAP photo shoots and every one has been a great experience. I love that you get access places you'd wouldn't normally be allowed (like RAF bases), and have the chance to get up close to some amazing aircraft - both historic and current. The events are well organised and run and I always come away with some excellent photos. Looking forward to the next one ..

All the COAP events I have attended have run smoothly and yielded great photos. The team's attention to detail is great and they support all levels of photographers equally. A great bunch of guys!

RAF Wittering.
My first COAP event, and i must say I was very impressed. From receiving the instructions and requirements for the day to then spending a day and evening shooting four harriers in the Vigo woods, also with plenty of re-enactors setting the scene. Well organised by the COAP team, as well as the Heritage team who also gave great information on how all this happened back in the day.
Would recommend COAP events, check them out.

I've attended a few COAP shoots over the last few years and have always been impressed with how the events are run and organised by Rich and Steve. With the amount of planning that goes into these events, they always run smoothly allowing time for everyone to get the shots they want.

The actors also make a great addition to the shoots although still learning on how to get the best images from these. It should be said that if I have any queries on how to capture the images there has always been someone around to ask.

Overall I'd thoroughly recommend any future event as they have always been run smoothly.

I love the attention to detail that COAP adopt. A lot of other shoots just focus solely on the aircraft, but the use of re enactors and period equipment make the shoots that much better and add to the experience.

I have attended many many photoshoots organised by a few different companies over the years and the ones organised by COAP have always exceed my expectations. That’s not to say the others are not good it’s just COAP always hit the mark.

The guys here really know their stuff. The amount of effort and passion they put into their events is clear and it clearly pays dividends when you look at the results you can walk away with. Great access to often unique events, friendly and amenable guys who are willing to work with you on these shoots to get the results you want.
