I needed a plumber in an emergency, my loo wouldn’t stop flushing. I rang Aziz who couldn’t come out straight away but explained to me how to stop the water running. Then he arranged a visit. He did let me know roughly what time he would get to me, turned up on time (these things matter when you work) and such a thorough job…. Honestly, he almost rebuilt my toilet and fixed it so it wasn’t wobbly anymore, which wasn’t what he had quoted for. I am so grateful, thank you Aziz.

Had a great experience with Certified Group Limited. From start to finish, communication was clear, easy to follow, and very informative. They were also transparent about pricing, which made everything straightforward.

Aziz and Chris arrived right on time with each visit and carried out the work professionally, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. The job itself was done to a high standard, and it was a nice touch receiving a report afterwards with before and after photos.

Overall, very pleased with their work. I’d happily use them again and would recommend them to others.

Aziz and his team have done great work for me: really extensive jobs. My house needed reroofing (flat roof and pitched roof at the top) and I wanted to rebuild the deck in my garden after it was discovered to be a) rotting and b) badly installed. This was all the work of some months. Aziz and his team were incredibly hard working, thorough, and the quality of their work shines through. Aziz will always show you what he's doing as he's doing it, so you can see what's being removed and what is being installed. He is extremely friendly, helpful and polite and so are all his team. I was always kept updated. He stuck to the schedule we agreed as much as it was possible to do, given the snags that will inevitably be discovered along the way. This sometimes led to cost increase, but this was clearly and fairly explained. Communication is always excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and hire them again.

Aziz and Chris are outstanding. They are so thorough with their work and everything is completed to an extremely high standard. They are both lovely people and a pleasure to have in the house. They are very punctual and excellent at communicating. We are so grateful to them for repairing various plumbing issues and they will be our first port of call for anything in the future.

Aziz and Chris did a fantastic work of installing a new boiling and heating system in our apartment.

Certified Group agreed to take this installation work in a very short notice and that too in the end of October just ahead of winter season which is highly anticipated.

They managed to effectively complete the installation in 5 working days which involved dismantling existing boiling and heating system, procuring materials for installing new system, providing demo of the new system.

Both Aziz and Chris had great knowledge and skill and were experts in this installation work.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied and will highly recommend Certified Group especially Aziz and Chris to our family and friends!!!

I've been using Certified Group for years for plumbing and heating repairs and maintenance. I like the quality of the work and sense they always want to do right by you. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

Aziz and his team have worked for several months to renovate the basement of my house to a very high standard. Floors, ceiling, walls, gas, electrics, shower, toilet - the whole lot. It required lots of different skillsets, and Certified brought it all together beautifully. The quality of the workmanship, including bespoke handmade elements, is easily the best we have ever seen. They made it easy for us, and we quickly became confident that they knew exactly what we needed. We will be using them again, for sure.

Aziz and his colleagues, Karim, Chris and Kem, were fantastic in helping us at a very difficult time just before Christmas. Our gas meter had been changed and the fitter detected a fall in pressure, which means a leak in the system, so he had to shut off our gas. Aziz and colleagues attended at short notice and worked late into the evening on more than one day to replace a series of sub-standard pipes in our elderly house. They have very high standards of workmanship, no shoddy work or cutting corners. They also take the time to explain everything with great patience and good humour. We’ll be using them again.

Loft Conversion

Our loft conversion was fully constructed well by Certified Group Ltd. From arranging the scaffolding to structural engineer Aziz and his brilliant team made sure we got what we wanted based on our drawings. They took their time explaining in stages what they were going to do. We saved up for many years and wanted to make sure we had the right company to do the works. Certified Group Ltd proved that, We had no issues or any discomfort from the team. We must say they have a great personality and a sense of humour. We enjoyed having them around especially my mother that was staying with us.

Two Bathroom Renovations
Our bathroom needed significant amount of work doing due to ongoing leaks behind the tiles. We had 2 other companies provide us with a quote but didn't feel comfortable with the approach. Aziz from Certified Group Ltd attended our home and straightaway we
knew the he and his team are serious. He explained to me and my wife the stages of works in detail. This helped us manage our working hours not being at home. He kept us informed everyday and helped us make choices on ideas for our bathrooms. We now
have 2 luxury bathrooms. Thanks to Aziz and Certified Group Team. We will recommend them.

Aziz and his team did a terrific job identifying the source of a leak in a terraced house bathroom. They removed an old bath, shower, shower screen and tiles. They straightened the wall, added insulation put in new tiles, new bath/shower and reattached basin. There was barely any mess or dust, the protective covers they installed on the carpet worked perfectly. And they were very good at cleaning up and removing rubbish every day. Aziz and his team were all professional, friendly and approachable. The finished job looks fantastic. Hopefully they will be available for any future jobs.

I contacted this company to look at a refurbishment job on a tiny 1 bed flat for me,based on their star rating on Checkatrade.
Clearly using their gas and heating reviews to uplift the look of their "building" reviews.
Had to keep chasing them for 2 weeks after their visit.
Eventually got a text quote even though no measurements were taken and no scope of works, with message below

This text quote was for minimal work. I knew instantly he was trying to rip me off and this was evident when I received 4 other quotes circa £60k.
This is why tradesmen have a horrendous reputation.
Shame on you and your lack of morals or integrity.
I have reviewed them on Checkatrade and will contact Trading Standards as well as write an honest Google review and anywhere else I can in the hope that I can prevent someone getting ripped off.

I had Aziz from certified group ltd come and do a full house renovation for me which included full plumbing, electrical rewire, plastering, painting and decorating etc. from the beginning to the end Aziz and his team were an absolute delight! Really professional tradesmen, im so happy with all the works that has been done to my home, everyone that comes over has been complimenting how amazing it looks! Infact two of my friends has asked for Aziz’s number. They are always on time, they clean after themselves and have always left my property in an immaculate condition. I recommend Aziz and his team to everyone. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Aziz and the rest of the certified group team. I will definitely be using you again very soon.

Excellent work by Aziz and Kemal. Had a new boiler put in and they were very thorough and kept the place clean. Took their time to explain how the boiler works, what the various settings are and how to change them, and they waited to ensure the new boiler was heating water. Highly recommended!

Excellent workmanship. Very polite and courteous. Worked long into the night to ensure the job was completed and everything was working. Brought their own cleaning materials with them for clearing up afterwards. No hidden extra costs; the price I was quoted was the price I paid.

It started with what seemed like one leak in the common bathroom. Aziz and his guys came in ripped up the floor in the bathroom to reveal a much bigger problem. It ended up turning into a full blown overhaul of the entire flat and through constant communication Aziz delivered on his promise to deliver the work right on time, which was crucial! It was amazing considering how big the project was. All through Certified Gas Heating, we got a new kitchen fitted, 2 new bathrooms (tiling, shower fittings, etc), flooring throughout the entire flat, rewiring the electrics, and more. Thank you a ton!
