Why an experience survey now. Not sure of the exact date
The were very helpful when my group insurance was no longer available and I had to change but this was back in April so I am not sure why I have received this now.

Been a customer for over 10 years
Had my trade policy with them for 10 years. Always on the ball, Quick to answer the phone also never ridiculous waiting times. Never had any issues when adding a vehicle, sometimes just a quick check especially with the HGV stuff but always been accepted
