I am still waiting for my order to arrive and have had no correspondence since my first email? Considering I should have received my package on the 15th.. I’m not too concerned pleased with the service thus far…

The service received was to my liking and i was satisfied with the entire process.

For the very first time someone picked their number that I have been calling for weeks on the 2nd January, and I explained my experience with the lady I spoke with, I told the lady I have initiated a return as I do not need the order anymore. I sent it back to the return address written on the package I received and I had not even opened the package before I sent it back. Up till now CG skincare hasn’t accepted the order because I have been following up with Royal mail tracking. I even shared the tracking number with the lady I spoke to and i was told she’ll follow up and reach out to me afterwards but up until now no response. I checked my tracking with Royal mail again it was saying ‘deliver attempted No answer’ CG SKINCARE can you pls accept my return so I can get my refund. I sent back the order because it was too late for me after almost 4 weeks I ordered and I can’t use product I’ll have to start struggling for replacement when one finishes.

Hi ive purchased a few skincare ingredients which I could find any whereelse.the best quality products ive used and to the price ranges I purchased large quantities with had a good expiry date so still using them now to formulate my home made products.

My experience was great because the service is really fast and the product it was amazing, really helped me clear my blackouts and the gave me the confidence to use whatever I wanted again. I definitely recommend and I will continue to use they products.

Items arrived quickly. Happy with the soaps and Kojic oil. Still need time to review the suppositories

Corrupt company who thinks they can take money out of your account without letting you know. Holly was so uneducated and ignorant to the fact what she’s doing isn’t legal nor how to run a successful business. If you ever come across such scheming rats, report them to the authorities asap.

Update: I returned the product I unwillingly paid from CG skincare, they told me even if i did sent it back they still wouldn’t refund me. Well...I sent the package back and after 2 attempts they signed for the package and took it back. They weren’t even bothered to let me know they received it and refund me, they just kept it and kept silent probably trying to sell it to another customer. How unethical to take the money and the item and not even refund, I had to report them to my bank, ban them and received a refund. I also suggest anyone going through this to report report report.

They also tried to take my review down but leave all the positive fake reviews UNVERIFIED up. Nice try.

CG skin care cannot be trusted. I placed an order on 27/08/2023, I’m still waiting, I have sent 4 emails with no response. I don’t understand how a company can just take payment and not deliver items. Not even a text or email to say you don’t have the items.

I finally received my order, although there was no mention of the delay and non response to my emails.
I was happy with the items.
