Super service, professional

I can’t leave no stars otherwise I would. We tried to purchase a bottle of 2008 champagne late June early July having paid for the item and not receiving it. I eventually managed to contact them which was very hard work only to be told the item I had actually ordered was out of stock both times. I am now almost a month later. I’m still not received a full refund. Trying to contact them and get an answer on the phone is like trying to find a Cheshire cat.

Great service delivered on time

Placed an order totalling over £500 two months ago. No sign of the stock. Sporadic emails telling me they will have it soon and I reply to everyone asking for my money back.

We now have a chargeback open with the bank as I cannot seem to get a refund from them.

There seems to be an issue with advertising stock when there isn’t which can lead to disappointment. That said I eventually did get a refund. Hopefully next order will be more successful.

Extremely poor customer service. No communication to tell me that my order isn’t in stock, despite it saying that is in stock on their website and would be delivered within 4 days. When it didn’t arrive I had to chase, which took multiple emails and phone calls, only to be told that it’s out of stock and won’t be delivered in time for the party it is needed for. I am now in a position where I have no way of sourcing it in time. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered Laurent Perrier jerobaom 3L which stated it was in stock for fast delivery on the site. It wasn’t until I emailed to ask if I could upgrade my delivery to Saturday that I was told it wasn’t going to be available until after the weekend. Customer service was polite and I Appreciated that they offered me an alternative however the recipients favourite is Laurent Perrier and it was for their 40th birthday so had to stick with the original order. I was disappointed that I had to keep chasing for updates… a week after ordering there was still no sign or any indication of when we might receive it. Apparently they were awaiting arrival from France and still after a week nothing. Ordered a full refund which I still haven’t recieved and wasted over a week of time. Had to dispute the charge via my card provider so I could get the money back to order from an alternative website.
