I ordered cognac as a gift and paid for next day delivery, the next day nothing came and the day after, I also never got an updated email with tracking info so I reached out.
I was told that the courier attempted to deliver the order but no one was at home which was a blatant lie because someone was at home and the recipient had cameras and checked that no one came around.
I asked them to refund my next day delivery fee and make the delivery asap which they told me they would. Next day came and no delivery, nor the day after. They now stopped answering my emails, and I don’t know where my order is even located at this point. I have been now asking for a refund without any response
I have ordered many times from different websites but this is the most horrible service I have ever gotten. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Shockingly bad experience. Waited over a month and a half for them to tell me they couldn't ship to Ireland due to Brexit - despite them advertising that they can. I am now battling with them to get a refund processed, but they have now gone quiet. It looks like a scam and I am flabbergasted they have such a high TP rating

Quick delivery and safely packed. This was an order for Green Chartreuse which cam be a little tricky to locate and frustratingly gets listed as in stock when it isn't by some vendors. That's not the case here, the website matched the stock and it was in hand within a couple of days as advised. Will use again.

ChampagneOne came up on an internet search for the supply of Yates White Wine. This is a difficult drink to obtain and ChampagneOne came up trumps. It was delivered quickly at a very good price and was extremely well packed. Will most definitely buy from again and recommend them.
