Glasses arrived superbly packaged would always recommend

The bottle of original Australian white wine was really well packaged and boxed. Arrived really quickly, only a few days after ordering. I had been looking all over to get some for a gift, it seems you can't get it in shops any more, so was really pleased to find some to order.

I was able to buy my favourite champagne, and a demi sec to try which I've not tasted before, with ease. This champagne isn't one that you see in most outlets so I was really pleased to find it and even more pleased with the top notch customer service. It arrived so speedily, and perfectly packed. Thank you!

After looking at some of the reviews my heart sank thinking this order will take forever- wow was I wrong ordered the deliver on Thursday arrived today Monday don’t let the reviews fool you this was speedy delivery and I will certainly be buying from again - totally trusted company don’t know how some were telling people to avoid 10/10 from me folks

Over the moon with my purchase, the purchaae i made are hard to get hold of champagneone was the only company to have them in stock, full delivery was made and on time, no damaged bottles great packaging now ive ordered i will deffo be ordering again

Unfortunately once again I have had issues with my delivery. The item I ordered was showing in stock. I placed the order paying for a 2 day delivery. After 3 days I contacted Champagne One via email as you can’t speak to anyone and was advised they were waiting on stock. I received my delivery nearly 2 weeks after them taking my payment. Throughout this year there have been issues with stock and delivery. I have to contact them to find out what is happening and ask for a refund of delivery. Previous to this year the service was excellent. I really do hope that things improve with Champagne One.
