Recently completed the purchase of our new home with Change Homes. Throughout the whole process Callum was highly professional, always quick to respond and wiling to help with any questions.

Have used change homes twice now, really happy with how easy it is to contact Callum, all moved in to my new house and sold my old one- no issues, highly recommended!

I used Change Homes because they sold my Neighbours property and had good knowledge of the apartments and lease conditions.

From the moment Callum stepped into my house he inspired me with confidence. He is a positive person and his understanding of the market meant we reached a sale price that was realistic. He had a clear and concise plan to sell my house and took into account the stress for vendors in keeping a home in 'Viewing' status. Callum suggested an 'open day' viewing and his explanation as to how he managed the events convinced me it was the right thing to do. his opinion was correct and he sold our house on the open day. Callum was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. My partner and I were first time buyers and Callum had a very interesting property listing and quick arranged a viewing. He easily answered all our questions. We put in and offer and he gave us a chance for a final bid. He kept us in the loop throughout often putting up with challenges getting through to us while at work and having to converse with each other while making a big decision. Then when we got the offer accepted he recommended a solicitor that was very helpful and keep involved during the process to ensure a smooth handover allowing us to get in before Christmas. All in all it was a very professional but personal service.

I highly recommend Callum and Change Homes for all your home moving requirements. Fees are very reasonable and of all the agents I have used over the years Callum is the best and most professional agent I have had the pleasure to work with.
