Having had a previously bad experience last year with an agent who monopolises the market in the area, we were incredibly cautious when appointing our next agent.

Having just purchased a property through Callum, I have to say that he was very professional and attentive through the whole process and it was indeed a pleasure to deal with someone who is quite simply a cut above the typical estate agency personnel.
