An excellent villa, our second visit to it. Absolutely everything you could wish for and it's in the most beautiful countryside. Super company to deal with and excellent car hire to. Would definitely use Chania Rentals again.

The house is absolutely perfect with a lot of charm and confort. We spend a great week there, enjoying the nice pool, wonderful garden, terrace, barbecue etc... And the owner Artemios Vlachakis was very welcoming, with nice little presents and even bringing a cake during the week and offering two bottles of her own olive oil. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation to everyone.

A lovely villa set in a quiet location just outside Meleme. The pool is great and the facilities everything you would expect. The owners Lefteris and Alexandra are most welcoming and can't do enough to make your stay the best it can be.
We have no reservations to recommend this villa, the photos do the villa justice.

We had a really good Time in the beautiful Kourkoulius Villa.Everthing was okay,the owner was nice and the Service(cleaning,washing)was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Athina villas! beautiful rural location (the photos don't do it justice), stunning views. wonderful villa, clean, well maintained building and a fantastic pool. George was such a nice guy, really attentive and extremely helpful. As probably mentioned in other reviews, you definitely need a car as it is rural! We will definitely like to return to Athina Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Gianna Villa has Superb 360 degree views we enjoyed watching the sunset and got up one morning to catch the sunrise. A very peaceful setting. Lovely large pool which certainly was required . Various lounging/seating areas in and out of the sun. The overhang at the front of the house with large marble table was one of our favourite places to sit. We seen 4 eagles on 2 separate occasion. Our favourite taverna was Kostas in Maza, it is a must to experience the hospitality and freshly prepared food. Another taverna well worth a visit is in Nipos.

Kitchen is very well equipped, excellent large BBQ. Sifis the owner kindly supplied a welcome pack containing homemade wine, marmalade, olive oil, olive soap, various herbs and vegetables from his vegetable plot at the villa all very much enjoyed and appreciated. The villa is extremely well kept during your stay, linen and towel change every 3 - 4 days.

This was our first visit to Crete and will definitely be returning, when we do it will be to Gianna Villa.

Chantal Rentals was very responsive to all of our questions regarding the house of the payments.
As for the house itself (Erato Villa) it was very clean and as good as it was described on the site.

I stayed here with my family at the end of May and everyone loved the house! We had a wide range of ages from 2 to 75 and everyone enjoyed themselves.

The house itself is true to the photos! Everything is in excellent working order and it is extremely clean and well kept! Mike who looked after us while we were there was also very helpful. Any questions and queries were sorted out asap! and he was full of excellent suggestions to improve our holiday.

Andreas restaurant just around the back of the house is also excellent for food! I absolutely loved the moussaka there! Not to mention the tourist train stop is just a few minutes walk down the road! And then there's the choice of 4 beaches and the amazing views from the cliffs just up from Iguana Beach! I highly recommend watching the sunset from the cliffs!

All in all a perfect place to stay!

All communications concerning reservation en payments went fine. Also the pre - reservation for the rental cars went according to plan. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. The presentation of the villa gave a realistic view of what we could expect.
We would like to complement the Owners (family Varouxakis) for their high service level and hospitality. We had a great time at your villa! June 2017

Super service and very friendly! Although you have to do the entire reservation in English but you get there. The patience of the staff is huge. Only weak point: the car rental with which is worked is not very good.
