Excellent paint retailer

I buy all my Farrow and Ball and Little Greene paint from here as the service is great and they often have better offers than buying from the manufacturers direct.

Customer Service Lacking

Bought 1 Litre can of Little Greene paint, the consistency was like liquid and not like the Intelligent Eggshell we had bought previously. I politely complained and was told it obviously hadn’t been in the shaker long enough and was told to shake it/ stir it myself. We had already stirred it etc ourselves. No offer of a replacement despite previously buying a lot of paint from Chapel Interiors. Needless to say we won’t be buying anything else from them. No customer service whatsoever.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations on this occasion, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

To clarify, darker Little Greene colours can have a finer or more fluid consistency than lighter shades. This is due to the higher pigment levels required to achieve deeper colours, which can also result in some natural separation. For this reason, thorough mixing by hand or machine is recommended to ensure the paint performs as intended.

We understand how this may have been frustrating and we recognise that clearer guidance and reassurance should have been provided, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve how we communicate this going forward.

Excellent. I ordered one Mylands and One Little Greene. Both were delivered quickly. My query was rapidly answered and acted upon. Id buy again.

Paint delivered the next day after order was placed - website easy to navigate with lots of choice and discount codes available for use. Highly recommend.

Chapel Interiors, a 6 star experience

I have just been provided with exemplary customer service and problem solving by a Lady called Jade at Chapel Interiors, Wilmslow. I am based in the New Forest just outside Southampton. We experienced some paint and wallpaper manufacturer issues which were all sorted quickly and efficiently by Jade who kept me fully informed and ensured prompt deliveries. This quality of service is very hard to find and so i give a very strong recommendation to contact Chapel Interiors Wilmslow for excellent customer service.

This was the first time I have ordered from Chapel Interiors and it was a great experience. They had 10% off Little Greene wallpaper which was a really good saving, also quick free delivery.

Great service

This is the second time I used Chapel Interiors to purchase The Greene Company paint and the service has been amazing. I enjoyed the 10% discount and the delivery was quick and with no issues.
